Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación, se lo realiza con el objeto de presentar un estudio de factibilidad para la creación e implementación de un taller de servicio automotriz en la ciudad de Quevedo, año 2014. Esta Investigación jurídica está estructurada en siete capítulos. En el PRIMER CAPÍTULO, se trató la parte principal para el conocimiento del problema y para el efecto, fue necesario plantear la hipótesis de que la solución al problema estaba en el cumplimiento de la hipótesis planteada en la investigación. El SEGUNDO CAPÍTULO, hace referencia al marco teórico, en los aspectos: histórico, doctrinario y jurídico. En el TERCER CAPÍTULO se describe la metodología utilizada en la investigación que nos ocupa; los métodos aplicados, los tipos de investigación, la población, las muestras las técnicas e instrumentos utilizados en la recolección de datos. En el CUARTO CAPÍTULO se comprueba la hipótesis a través de los resultados de la investigación obtenidos mediante encuestas a los dueños de vehículos del cantón Quevedo, El QUINTO CAPÍTULO describe las conclusiones y recomendaciones sobre la creación e implementación de un taller de servicio automotriz en la ciudad de Quevedo. EL SEXTO CAPÍTULO en donde se presenta la Bibliografía, que es la recopilación de diversos autores que sustentan la hipótesis planteada. Y finalmente EL SÉPTIMO CAPÍTULO es donde se muestran los anexos de la investigación.
Teniendo en cuenta del tamaño del proyecto la inversión requerida para la puesta en funcionamiento de la empresa no es muy alta, pero sobre todo la rentabilidad obtenida es aceptable según los siguientes datos obtenidos:

Description
The present research, I made in order to present a feasibility study for the creation and implementation of an auto service shop in the city of Quevedo, 2014. This legal research is structured in seven chapters. In the first chapter, the main part for understanding the problem and the effect was treated, it was necessary to hypothesize that the solution to the problem was in compliance with the research hypothesis. The second chapter refers to the theoretical framework, aspects: historical, doctrinal and legal. In the third chapter the methodology used in the investigation at issue described; the methods used, the types of research, people, samples techniques and instruments used in data collection. In the fourth chapter the hypothesis is tested through the research results obtained through interviews with competent authorities, the fifth chapter describes the conclusions and recommendations on the creation and implementation of an auto service shop in the city of Quevedo. The sixth chapter where the bibliography is presented, which is the collection of various authors that support the hypothesis. And finally, the seventh chapter is where the accompanying research shows.
Given the size of the project the investment required for the operation of the company is not very high, but especially the profitability is acceptable based on the following data:
