Abstract
El desarrollo del presente Plan Estratégico de la Fundación “Niños en Manos de Rotary” de la ciudad de Quevedo, para el período actual ha sido un proceso realizado con participación y el apoyo institucional, como de profesionales, cuyo fin es presentar este documento para la sustentación en la Universidad Técnica Estatal de Quevedo, Facultad de Ciencias Empresariales como Ingeniera en la Carrera de Gestión Empresarial y que cuya Tesis de Grado en su tema dice: “PLAN ESTRATÉGICO PARA MEJORAMIENTO DE LOS SERVICIOS EN LA FUNDACIÓN NIÑOS EN MANOS DE ROTARY, CANTÓN QUEVEDO, PERÍODO 2014-2017”. Esta Investigación jurídica está estructurada en seis capítulos. En el primer capítulo, se trató la parte principal para el conocimiento del problema y para el efecto, fue necesario plantear la hipótesis de que la solución al problema estaba en el cumplimiento de la hipótesis planteada en la investigación. El segundo capítulo, hace referencia al marco teórico, en los aspectos: referencial, conceptual y legal. En el tercer capítulo se describe la metodología utilizada en la investigación que nos ocupa; los métodos aplicados, los tipos de investigación, la población, las muestras las técnicas e instrumentos utilizados en la recolección de datos. En el cuarto capítulo se comprueba la hipótesis a través de los resultados de la investigación obtenidos mediante encuestas a moradores del cantón Quevedo, sobre la Fundación y además apoyan la propuesta de esta investigación. The development of this Strategic Plan of the Foundation "Children in Rotary hands" of the city of Quevedo, for the current period has been a process performed with participation and institutional support, and professionals whose purpose is to present this document to the Technical support at the State University of Quevedo, Faculty of Business and Engineering in the School of Management and whose Thesis on your subject says: "STRATEGIC PLAN FOR IMPROVING SERVICES AT THE FOUNDATION CHILDREN IN HANDS OF ROTARY, CANTON QUEVEDO, PERIOD 2014-2017 " This legal research is divided into six chapters.In the first chapter, the main part for understanding the problem and the effect was treated, it was necessary to hypothesize that the solution to the problem was in compliance with the research hypothesis. The second chapter refers to the theoretical framework, aspects: referential, conceptual and legal. In the third chapter the methodology used in the investigation at issue described; the methods used, the types of research, people, samples of techniques and instruments used in data collection.
