Abstract
La dirección norte del Gobierno Provincial Los Ríos, es un organismo autónomo de derecho público, el mismo que de acuerdo a la Constitución Política, establece que Consejo Provincial representará a la provincia. La inclusión laboral comprende el empleo integrado en organizaciones o instituciones normalizadas, es decir, un empleo en condiciones exactamente iguales y en las mismas condiciones de tareas, sueldos y horarios que el de cualquier otro trabajador, es decir, equidad en la distribución de las funciones y responsabilidades laborales inherentes al cargo que desempeñan. La gestión administrativa destinada a la inclusión laboral en la dirección norte de la Prefectura de Los Ríos permite establecer que el ingreso a laborar en dicha organización está sujeto a procesos y políticas centralizadas que responden a la administración de cada Prefecto y de los objetivos institucionales que se aspiran alcanzar durante el periodo de gestión. El Gobierno Provincial de Los Ríos realiza contratación de nuevo personal, observando los perfiles, competencias, residencias y demás requisitos que permitan seleccionar a los mejores candidatos para los respectivos puestos, lo cual facilita el incremento de la productividad institucional que está encaminada a satisfacer las necesidades del sector rural del Cantón Quevedo.
