Abstract
La ciudad de Quevedo ha experimentado un rápido desarrollo económico y poblacional, debido especialmente a su lugar estratégico con el resto del país, este aumento poblacional ha llevado exigencias de creación de fuentes de trabajo. El actual estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una planta de harina de camote en el cantón Quevedo se lo ha enfocado conforme a las circunstancias técnicas y necesidades del servicio a entregar.
El primer capítulo hace referencia a la introducción, diagnóstico de la situación actual a investigar, objetivos, hipótesis, justificación estas variables sirvieron de base para la enunciación de estrategias que se realizarán en la investigación.
El capítulo dos contiene las fundamentaciones teóricas, conceptuales y legales, en donde se expresan conceptos y teorías notables que se tomaron en consideración durante la elaboración de la tesis.
En el capítulo tres se determinan los métodos, tipos, técnicas y las fuentes de investigación; además se identifica la población objetiva y la respectiva muestra….

The city of Quevedo has experienced rapid economic and population growth, especially due to its strategic position with the rest of the country, this population increase has led demands for the creation of jobs. The current feasibility study for the creation of a sweet potato flour plant in Canton Quevedo has approached according to the technical circumstances and needs of the service delivered.
The first chapter refers to the introduction, analysis of the current situation to investigate, objectives, assumptions, rationale; This variables were the basis for the enunciation of strategies to be implemented in the investigation.
