Abstract
En Quevedo carece de una distribuidora de gaseosas BARRILITOS O’KEY para el canal detallista, especializada en la venta y entrega del producto, que satisfagan la demanda y las necesidades de los clientes tenderos.
Mediante el estudio se ha visto, la necesidad de hacer un plan de negocio, para satisfacer la demanda del mercado de Quevedo, ya que no cuenta con una distribuidora expendedora que se dedique exclusivamente a la repartición de la gaseosa BARRILITOS O’KEY al canal detallista, no hay ninguna empresa directa o indirectamente que operan en el mercado ofertando los productos, por ello el objetivo principal es evaluar el mercado de Quevedo sobre un plan de negocios para la distribuidor de gaseosas BARRILITOS O’KEY para el canal detallista y determinar su demanda.
El presente proyecto brinda una solución a los tenderos del canal detallista al momento de necesitar o requerir el producto, visitando y ofertando nuestra gaseosa y hacino eficiente la entrega. Este proyecto presenta un plan de negocios para poner en marcha una distribuidora de gaseosa BARRILITOS O’KEY al canal detallista, quien se encargara de todas las ventas y entrega del producto eficazmente.
