Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo por objeto determinar la influencia lunar en la brotación de tubérculos de melloco (Ullucus tuberosus) variedad Caramelo. El tape de los tubérculos se realizó en Luna nueva, Cuarto creciente, Luna llena y Cuarto menguante.
El trabajo investigativo se realizó en el cantón Alausí, parroquia Tixán de la provincia de Chimborazo, en la propiedad del Sr. Ramón Tarquino Logroño B.
Los trabajos de campo se realizaron bajo condiciones de temperatura ambiente 110C, 60% de humedad relativa, heliofanía 1.653 horas de promedio anual y 2.976 m.s.n.m. El diseño experimental empleado fue un D.C.A. (Diseño Completo al Azar) con 4 tratamientos y 5 repeticiones, la toma de datos se efectuó durante 70 días, a los cuales se les realizó el análisis estadístico mediante Statistical Analysis System (SAS). Se empleó el procedimiento ADEVA para el análisis de varianza y prueba de Tukey (0,05). También se realizó un análisis económico de costo de producción/planta a cada tratamiento en estudio.
De los resultados se establece que el mejor tratamiento es el T2 (Tape en Cuarto creciente), porque se alcanza el 85% de brotación de los tubérculos.
Description
The present investigation was designed to determine the influence of lunar sprouting tubers melloco (Ullucus tuberosus) candy variety. The tape of the tubers was held in New Moon, First Quarter, Full Moon, and Last Quarter.
The investigative work was carried out in the canton Alausí, parish Tixán of the county of Chimborazo, in property Mr. Ramón Tarquino Logroño B.
The field works were carried out under conditions of ambient temperature 110C, 60% of relative humidity, heliophany 1.653 hours of average yearly and 2.976 m.s.n.m. The design experimental employee was a D.C.A. (Design Complete at Random) with 4 treatments and 5 repetitions, the taking of data was made during 70 days, to which were carried out the statistical analysis by means of Statistical Analysis System (SAS). The procedure ANOVA was used for the variance analysis and test of Tukey (0,05). He was also carried out an economic analysis of production/plant cost to each treatment in study.
From the results it is established that the best treatment is the T2 (Tape in First Quarter), because it reaches 85% of sprouting tubers.
