Abstract
Ufinoti S.A. es una importadora y distribuidora autorizada de la marca
Pionier, Squezze, Gzuck, Fits, y abastece a todo el Ecuador con estas
prenda de vestir de gran calidad, se encuentra ubicada en la Provincia de
Guayas, en el cantón Guayaquil. Su principal actividad comercial es la venta
al por mayor y menor de prendas de vestir, por esta razón el proceso de
ventas se convierte en el motor principal y fundamental de la empresa, y
dentro del mismo se encontraron ciertas falencias.
La presente investigación se realizó con el propósito de determinar el efecto
del control administrativo – financiero en la rentabilidad de la importadora
Ufinoti S.A. En el trabajo investigativo se entrevistó al gerente y jefes
departamentales, y también se encuestó al personal involucrado en el
proceso de ventas y a los clientes de Ufinoti S.A.
Para el procesamiento de datos se utilizó el programa SPSS 17.0,
posteriormente se analizó los resultados indicando que el control
administrativo y financiero que ejerce la empresa es regular debido al
escaso control que hay en cada uno de los departamentos, y aceptando la
hipótesis de que un ineficiente control administrativo - financiero genera una
baja rentabilidad en la importadora Ufinoti S.A del cantón Guayaquil por los
resultados expuestos.
Los retos de mayor relevancia de la investigación es lograr que las partes:
Ufinoti y los clientes de la misma obtengan el servicio que merecen y tengan
beneficios mutuos, por lo que se elaboró una propuesta de crear un manual
de control para que cada departamento conozca las funciones que tiene que
desempeñar y así mejorar el control mediante indicadores que ayudarán a
tomar decisiones correctas.
Description
Ufinoti S.A. is an importer and distributor of the Pionier, Squezze, Gzuck, Fits
brand, and supplies the Ecuador with these clothing of high quality, it is
located in the province of Guayas, Canton Guayaquil. Their main business is
wholesale and retail of clothing, for this reason the sales process becomes
the principal and key driver of the company, but there are some mistakes.
This research was conducted in order to determine the effect of
administrative and financial control profitability of the importing Ufinoti S.A. In
the research work he was interviewed CEO and department heads, and also
surveys staff involved in the sales process and the customers Ufinoti SA

indicating that the administrative and financial control is regularly because
the company had a poor control in each of the departments. Finally, the
hypothesis was accepting that an inefficient administrative and financial
control - generates low profitability in the importing Ufinoti SA of Guayaquil
from the results shown.
The challenges of greater relevance of the research is to achieve that the
parties: Ufinoti and the customers get a great service and have mutual
benefits, for this reason was create a manual of control that each Department
may know functions and improve the control using indicators that will help to
make the right decisions
