Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo por objeto determinar la influencia de la luminosidad en el engorde de cuyes machos (Cavia porcellus) peruano mejorado. Los porcentajes de luminosidad utilizadas fueron 0%, 50% y 100%. El trabajo investigativo se realizó en el cantón Patate, provincia del Tungurahua, en la propiedad del Sr. Polo Vasco Vizcaíno; bajo condiciones de temperatura ambiente 190C, 50% de humedad relativa, heliofanía 1.760 horas de promedio anual y 2.080 m.s.n.m.
El diseño experimental empleado fue un D.B.C.A. con 3 tratamientos y 4 repeticiones, la toma de datos se efectuó durante 60 días. Se empleó el procedimiento ADEVA para el análisis de varianza y prueba de Tukey (0,05).
Se realizó un análisis económico de cada tratamiento en estudio: Costo de aplicación, ingreso total, utilidad neta, relación beneficio/costo y costo de producción/kg.
De los resultados se establece que el mejor tratamiento es el T1 (Luminosidad 0%), porque se alcanza cuyes machos (Cavia porcellus) peruano mejorado de 907,4 gramos de peso.
El tratamiento T1 (Luminosidad 0%) es el que presentó mayor beneficio/costo con un valor de 0,77 y el tratamiento T3 (Luminosidad 100%) presentó el menor valor de 0,44 en beneficio/costo.
Description
The present investigation had for object to determine the influence of the brightness in the one it puts on weight of male guinea pigs (Cavia porcellus) enhanced Peruvian. The used percentages of brightness were 0%, 50% and 100%. The investigative work was carried out in the canton Patate, county of the Tungurahua, in the property of the Mr. Pole Vasco Vizcaíno; under conditions of ambient temperature 190C, 50% of relative humidity, heliophany 1.760 hours of average yearly and 2.080 m.s.n.m.
The design experimental employee was a D.B.C.A. with 3 treatments and 4 repetitions, the taking of data was made during 60 days. The procedure ANOVA was used for the variance analysis and test of Tukey (0,05).
He was also carried out an economic analysis of each treatment in study: Application cost, total entrance, balance of income, relationship benefit/cost and production/kg cost.
Of the results he settles down that the best treatment is the T1 (Brightness 0%), because it is reached male guinea pigs (Cavia porcellus) enhanced Peruvian of 907,4 grams of weight.
The treatment T1 (Brightness 0%) it is the one that presented bigger benefit/cost with a value of 0,77 and the treatment T3 (Brightness 100%) it presented the drop in value of 0,44 in benefit/cost.
