Abstract
Ferretería Domínguez surgió hace dos décadas aproximadamente, hoy cuenta con
tres agencias en el cantón Quevedo, las cuales están distribuidas una en la parte
céntrica de la ciudad y constituye la matriz, y las otras, en la parroquia San Camilo y
en la Siete de Octubre.
El objetivo general de esta investigación consiste en determinar la incidencia de
la gestión administrativa financiera en la obtención de la rentabilidad de
Ferretería Domínguez.
La hipótesis general de esta investigación se presenta de la siguiente manera:
La inadecuada gestión administrativa financiera afecta el crecimiento y
desarrollo organizacional de Ferretería Domínguez.
Los empleados, directivos y ejecutivos de la empresa expresaron en su mayoría que
los resultados de su gestión son excelentes y muy buenos, sin embargo a nivel
financiero y en buena parte de los indicadores los resultados son adversos y las tasas
de rentabilidad están por debajo del costo de oportunidad y de capital del mercado.
De manera preferente, el fomento de la competitividad y la innovación han sido las
estrategias más utilizadas para alcanzar los mejores resultados financieros, sin
embargo el análisis realizado demuestra que no han surtido efecto en la organización.
El 60% de los empleados, directivos y ejecutivos considera que es necesario cambiar
el modelo de gestión, con la finalidad de mejorar la rentabilidad de la empresa, en
tanto que el 67.1% está de acuerdo que este cambio.
Description
Ferretería Domínguez emerged two decades ago, today account with three agencies in
the Quevedo City, which are distributed in the central part of the city and is the matrix,
and the others, in the Parroquia San Camilo and the Parroquia Siete de Octubre.
The overall objective of this research consists of determining the incidence of financial
administrative management in obtaining the profitability of Ferretería Domínguez.
The general hypothesis of this research is presented in the following way: The
inadequate financial administrative management affects the growth and organizational
development of Ferretería Domínguez.
Employees, managers and executives of the company mostly expressed that its
management results are excellent and very good, however a financial level and in most
of the indicators the results are adverse and profitability rates are below the cost of
opportunity and market capital.
Preferred way, the promotion of competitiveness and innovation have been the
strategies used to achieve the best financial results, but the analysis carried out shows
that they have not had an effect in the organization.
The 60% employees, managers and executives considered that it is necessary to
change the model of management, with the aim of improving the profitability of the
company, while the 67.1% is agreed that this change.
