Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo por objeto determinar la influencia de cuatro fungicidas más usados sobre la germinación de granos de polen en tomate de árbol (Solanum betaceum Cav.). Los fungicidas aplicados fueron: Daconil 2,5 ml.L-1 de agua; Fitoraz 2,5 g.L-1 de agua; Phyton 1 ml.L-1 de agua y Topas 0,5 ml.L-1 de agua. Se realizó en el cantón Patate provincia del Tungurahua, en el laboratorio de la fábrica “La Herrería”; en las coordenadas GPS, Latitud Sur de 1018`38`` y Longitud Oeste de 78030`24`` Hemisferio Sur; (WGS84 UTM 9855013 Norte y 777460 Este).
El diseño experimental empleado fue un D.B.C.A. (Diseño de Bloques Completos al Azar) con 5 tratamientos y 4 repeticiones. El tratamiento que menos incide entre los fungicidas aplicados es el T1 (Daconil 2,5 ml.L-1 de agua); y, el T3 (Phyton 1 ml.L-1 de agua) es el que más afecta, influyendo en el porcentaje de germinación de granos de polen y en la elongación del tubo polínico.
El análisis económico demuestra que el tratamiento T3 (Phyton 1 ml.L-1 de agua) es el de mayor costo de aplicación con valor de U$D 7,27; y con el menor costo de aplicación de U$D 2,69 tenemos el tratamiento T5 (Testigo).
Description
The present study was designed to determine the influence of four commonly used fungicides on the germination of pollen grains in tree tomato (Solanum betaceum Cav.). Fungicides applied were: Daconil 2,5 ml.L-1 of water; Fitoraz 2,5 g.L-1 of water; Phyton 1 ml.L-1 of water and Topas 0,5 ml.L-1 of water. It was held in the Canton province of Tungurahua Patate in the factory laboratory "The Blacksmith"; on GPS coordinates, South Latitude 1018`38`` and West Longitude 78030`24`` Southern Hemisphere; (WGS84 UTM 9855013 North y 777460 East).
The experimental design used was a D.B.C.A. (Complete Block Design Azar) with 5 treatments and 4 replications. Less impact treatment fungicides applied is between T1 (Daconil 2,5 ml.L-1 of water) and T3 (Phyton 1 ml.L-1 of water) is the most affecting influencing the percentage of pollen grain germination and pollen tube elongation .
Economic analysis shows that treatment T3 (Phyton 1 ml.L-1 of water) is the major cost of application U$D 7.27; and the lower cost of implementation of U$D 2.69 we T5 treatment (Control).
