Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación jurídica titulado “NUEVA DIMENSION DEL DERECHO Y DESARROLLO AGRARIO Y LA VULNERACIÓN DE LA SEGURIDAD FINANCIERA DE LA UNIDAD DE PRODUCCIÓN ”, se lo realiza con el objeto de reformar al artículo 9 de LA Ley de Desarrollo Agrario, para proteger los derechos y garantías tutelados en la Constitución de la República, por lo que tiene como beneficiarios a los agricultores ecuatorianos en general, y en general a todas personas que hayan hecho un préstamo para siembra y cosechas pero que las mismas hayan sido destruidas por un desastre natural; beneficiando a las familias perjudicadas y la sociedad en general. Por tal motivo, esta Investigación jurídica ha sido estructurada de la siguiente manera:
En el Capítulo Primero, se analizó el problema y su efecto, por tal motivo, se planteó la hipótesis relacionada a la investigación.
El Capítulo Segundo, se presenta el marco teórico, aludiendo el fundamento histórico, doctrinario y jurídico. En el Capítulo Tercero se detalla la metodología con la que se desarrolla la investigación, con los métodos aplicados, los tipos de investigación, la población, la muestra y las técnicas e instrumentos utilizados en la recolección de datos. En el Capítulo Cuarto se confirma la hipótesis de acuerdo a los resultados obtenidos a través de las entrevistas a autoridades competentes en Quevedo, de igual manera, se realizaron encuestas a diferentes profesionales del Derecho en libre ejercicio profesional en el cantón. El Capítulo Quinto detalla las conclusiones y recomendaciones. Finalmente el Capítulo Sexto se refiere a la Propuesta, los objetivos, la descripción de la ´propuesta, quienes son los beneficiarios y el impacto social que esta produce

This legal research work entitled " NEW DIMENSION OF LAW AND AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT AND VIOLATION OF FINANCIAL SECURITY UNIT PRODUCTION" , it takes in order to amend Article 9 of LA Agrarian Development Act , to protect the rights and guarantees protected by the Constitution of the Republic , so you have as beneficiaries Ecuadorian farmers in general , and in general all persons who have made a loan for seed and crops but that they have been destroyed by a natural disaster , are also beneficiaries where these cases families and society as a whole there .
Therefore, this legal research has been structured as follows:
In the first chapter, the problem and its effect was analyzed, for this reason, the hypothesis related to the proposed research.
Chapter Two, the theoretical framework is presented, referring the historical, doctrinal and legal bases.
In Chapter Three the methodology with which the research is conducted, with the methods used, types of research, the population sample and the techniques and instruments used in data collection is detailed.
In chapter four the hypothesis according to the results obtained through interviews with competent authorities in Quevedo, likewise, is confirmed to different practitioners in free practice in the county were surveyed .
