Abstract
CONTROL INTERNO DE LOS ACTIVOS FIJOS Y SU EFECTO EN LAS OPERACIONES ADMINISTRATIVAS DE LA UNIDAD EDUCATIVA A DISTANCIA DE MANABI “PADRE JORGE UGALDE PALADINES”, AÑO 2013”
El control interno de activos fijos dentro de toda organización ya sea esta pública o privada es de gran importancia para la economía de la misma. El desarrollo del presente trabajo de grado contiene los procedimientos administrativos del control de los activos fijos de la Unidad Educativa a Distancia de Manabí “Padre Jorge Ugalde Paladines”, de las actividades recurrentes o rutinarias como son la adquisición, recepción, almacenamiento, entrega, baja y donación, y las actividades eventuales que también ameritan control.
El objetivo principal de esta tesis es preparar un manual de control de activos fijos, a través de la utilización de normas, políticas que rijan el control administrativo y que permita un control de los bienes en forma eficiente y eficaz.
Su aplicación está enfocada en los bienes de esta institución. En el transcurso de la investigación se han encontrado algunos problemas que se pretenden solucionar, el esquema de la teoría científica de este trabajo está sustentado de acuerdo a lo establecido en los objetivos; es decir, que se ha fundamentado la normativa que rige el control interno de los activos.
El trabajo se justifica porque está orientado a facilitar el cumplimiento de las funciones de cada una de los responsables que interviene en el manejo de los activos.
Como solución principal, en vista de los resultados obtenidos en el análisis de hallazgos encontrados se propone el manual de control interno de activos fijos que es factible y justifica los múltiples aportes para la institución, garantizará la integridad física de los bienes. Este control comprende procesos de adquisición, recepción, entrega a los usuarios, control físico, depreciación etc., de los bienes de la Institución.

INTERNAL CONTROL OF FIXED ASSETS AND ITS EFFECT ON ADMINISTRATIVE OPERATIONS UNIT DISTANCE EDUCATION MANABI “FATHER JORGE UGALDE PALADINES" YEAR 2013
The internal control of fixed assets within any organization whether public or private this is of great importance for the economy of it. The development of this degree work contains the administrative procedures of control of fixed assets of the Distance Education Unit of Manabí “Father Jorge Ugalde Paladines " of recurring or routine activities such as acquisition, receipt , storage, delivery , low and donation, and any activities that also should be monitored.
The main objective of this thesis is to prepare a manual control of fixed assets through the use of standards, policies governing the administrative control and allows control of the goods efficiently and effectively.
Its application is focused on the property of this institution. During the investigation found some problems to be solved, the outline of the scientific theory of this work is supported in accordance with the provisions of the objectives, ie, which has informed the rules governing the internal control of assets.
The work is justified because it is designed to facilitate the performance of the functions of each of the perpetrators involved in the management of assets.
As a leading solution in view of the results obtained in the analysis of findings manual internal control of fixed assets is feasible and warranted multiple contributions to the institution intends, ensure the physical integrity of the property. This control includes processes of acquisition, receipt, delivery to users, physical control, depreciation etc . , Property of the Institution.
