Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación se desarrolló en la Ciudad de Quevedo, ubicado en la zona central de país a 74 metros de altura sobre el nivel del mar con una extensión de 302.8 km2 aproximadamente, su posición geográfica, es punto de confluencia de las carreteras de mayor importancia de la red nacional.
Se inició formulando la problemática a investigar; basándose en diagnosticar de qué manera la creación de una farmacia con entrega a domicilió y servicio médico, como modelo alternativo de gestión administrativa influye al desarrollo del bienestar de la ciudadanía y a la económica del Cantón. Estableciéndose los objetivos: Identificar la oferta y la demanda del proyecto; en relación a la gestión administrativa del Mercado Farmacéutico el Cantón Quevedo; determinar los indicadores de rentabilidad para conocer la incidencia en la viabilidad del proyecto, todo esto realizado en el año 2014.Establecer un estudio económico y financiero, tomando en cuenta el tipo de servicio y gestión del proyecto.
Para dar el cumplimiento con los objetivos de la investigación, fue necesario utilizar los métodos: Inductivo, deductivo y analítico, conjuntamente con los tipos de investigación: de campo en el cual se obtuvo la información primaria (lugar de los hechos), la bibliográfica permitió indagar y revisar la literatura relaciona a la investigación; la descriptiva que facilitó conocer los beneficios y variables de gestión; la exploratoria permitió orientar el estudio de los aspectos del proyecto (planificación, organización dirección y control); y, todo esto aplicada al diseño de las encuestas. La encuesta se realizó tomando una muestra de 399 habitantes de un rango de edades entre 15 y 54 años, del Cantón Quevedo.
La rentabilidad se lo obtuvo a través de las siguientes fórmulas: Costos totales, depreciaciones, amortizaciones, flujos de caja, Valor Actual Neto (VAN), tasa interna de retorno (TIR), y punto de equilibrio (PE), determinando que no es rentable este tipo de negocios por el margen de gastos que generan.
Con el desarrollo de la investigación se pudo conocer que el Cantón Quevedo, no cuenta con una farmacia con entrega a domicilio y servicio médico, registrando una afluencia en el primer año de 17041 con un porcentaje de crecimiento del 15%.
La rentabilidad se obtuvo a través de las siguientes fórmulas: Costos totales, depreciaciones, amortizaciones, flujos de caja, Valor Actual Neto (VAN), Tasa Interna de Retorno (TIR), Relación Beneficio Costo (R B/C), y punto de equilibrio (PE).
El estudio técnico determinó que el total requerido para inversiones y operaciones asciende a ($278461.49), del cual se obtendrá el financiamiento del 75% a través de un crédito de entidades financieras y un 25% de aporte propio.
En los indicadores financieros el VAN refleja el valor de $135824,35; una TIR del 31% superior a la tasa de descuento (19,42%), con un período de recuperación de 2 años y 49 días.
Finalmente se concluye que se cumplió con la hipótesis general y el estudio de factibilidad será de ayuda necesaria para verificar la implementación de la empresa.

This research was developed in the city of Quevedo, located in the central area of the country to 74 meters above sea level with an area of approximately 302.8 km2, its geographical position, is junction of roads greater importance of the national grid.

Establishing objectives: Identify the supply and demand of the project; in relation to the administration of the Pharmaceutical Market Quevedo Canton; determine the profitability indicators to determine the impact on the viability of the project, all made in the year 2014.Establecer an economic and financial study, taking into account the type of service and project management.
To comply with the objectives of the investigation, it was necessary to use methods: inductive, deductive and analytical, along with the types of research: field in which the primary information (scene) was obtained, the literature allowed investigate and review the literature related to research; descriptive facilitated know the benefits and management variables; exploratory study allowed target aspects of the project (planning, organization address and control); and this applied to the design of the surveys. The survey was conducted by taking a sample of 399 people from a range of ages between 15 and 54 years, the Canton Quevedo.
Profitability was won by the following formulas: Total costs, depreciation, amortization, cash flows, Net (NPV) Present Value, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and point of equilibrium (PE), determining that it is not this business profitable by the margin of costs they generate.
With the development of the investigation it was known that Quevedo Canton does not have a pharmacy delivery and medical service, recording an influx in the first year of 17041 with a growth rate of 15%.
The performance was achieved through the following formulas: Total costs, depreciation, amortization, cash flows, Net (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) Present Value, Benefit Cost Ratio (RB / C), and Breakeven (PE).
The technical study determined the total required for investments and operations amounted to ($ 278,461.49), of which 75% financing will be obtained through a loan from financial institutions and 25% of own contribution.
In financial indicators NPV reflects the value of $ 135,824.35; an IRR of 31% above the discount rate (19.42%), with a recovery period of two Anos y 49 days.
Finally it is concluded that it met the general hypothesis and the feasibility study will be of help needed to verify the implementation of the company.
