Abstract
La siguiente tesis tiene como objetivo estudiar, analizar y entender la situación sobre el turismo y desarrollo de la zona marginales, caso de estudio; muelle recreativo del sector Playa Grande del cantón Quevedo. Actualmente existen las posibilidades oportunidades y beneficios que el turismo puede ofrecer; y por lo tanto el mejoramiento socio-económico y cultural de sus habitantes. Al concluir esta tesis, al convertir el potencial turístico antes mencionado y es un aporte práctico como fuente de ingreso. Al investigar la importancia, las características de las perspectivas sostenibles y sustentables que se presenta en la actualidad. La hipótesis está enfocada para dar a conocer a las autoridades municipales y a la ciudadanía del sector Playa Grande, también colaborar con ideas para mejorar y ofertar el buen servicio, para el bienestar de población Quevedeña. La investigación contiene 8 capítulos; capítulo I: se expone el marco contextual de la investigación que lo sustenta descripción de los problemas. Se plantean los objetivos generales y específicos; y se justificará por la gran importancia que tiene este proyecto turístico ya que permite apreciar los atractivos turísticos en la zona de estudio. En el capítulo II: presentan teorías de algunos autores, además el marco legal. En el capítulo III: se hace el detalle general de los materiales y métodos; el diseño de la investigación y la muestra de las encuestas plateadas en este estudio. El capítulo IV: se exponen los resultados y discusión y se aplicó la matriz FODA para conocer la situación real. El capítulo V: se incluye la propuesta como alternativa de solución, Plan de Desarrollo Turístico para mejorar la oferta de servicios en el Muelle Recreativo de Playa Grande. El capítulo VI: se registran las conclusiones relacionadas y recomendaciones para evidenciar el estudio de investigación y cumplimiento de los objetivos planteados. En el capítulo VII: se desarrolla la fuente bibliográfica con las normas APA y lincografia, El capítulo VIII: contiene los anexos de la investigación.
Description
The thesis aims to study, analyze and understand the situation on tourism and development of the marginal zone, case study; Playa Grande recreational pier Quevedo Canton sector. Currently there are potential opportunities and benefits that tourism can offer; and therefore the socio-economic and cultural improvement of its people. At the conclusion of this thesis, to convert the aforementioned tourist potential and is a practical contribution as a source of income. To investigate what is the importance, characteristics and perspectives presents sustainable and viable today. The hypothesis is aimed to publicize the municipal authorities and citizens of Playa Grande sector and instead work with and offer ideas to improve the service offered on the welfare of the entire population Quevedeña and therefore the development and growth of the Tourists in the city. The research contains 8 chapters; Chapter I: the contextual framework of research that supports description of the problems exposed. The general and specific objectives arise; and it is justified by the great importance of the tourism project as it allows appreciate the interest in the study area. Chapter II: presenting theories of some authors, besides the legal framework. Chapter III: general description of the materials and methods is made; the research design and sample surveys the silver in this study. Chapter IV: The results and discussion are presented and the SWOT matrix was applied to determine the real situation. Chapter V: the proposal as an alternative solution, Tourism Development Plan is included to improve the provision of services on dock Recreativo de Playa Grande. Chapter VI: The conclusions and recommendations were recorded related to evidence the research study and fulfillment of the objectives. Chapter VII: the source with the APA and lincografia, Chapter VIII develops contains the annexes of the investigation.
