Abstract
Con el objetivo de evaluar dos densidades de siembra y dos dosis de biol en la producción de pepino (Cucumis sativus L.) en Esmeraldas, se realizó la presente investigación en el “Campo Experimental del Camal Municipal San Mateo” ubicado en La Parroquia San Mateo, del Cantón Esmeraldas, Provincia de Esmeraldas. Su ubicación Geográfica es a 79° 38’ de longitud Oeste y 0° 53’ de latitud Norte. La duración del experimento desde el trasplante hasta la producción fue de 120 días.
Los tratamientos para esta investigación T1 16.666 plantas/ha + 100 l de biol, T2 16.666 plantas/ha + 200 l de biol, T3 13.333 plantas/ha + 100 l de biol, T4 13.333 plantas/ha + 200 l de biol y T5 Testigo 16.666 plantas sin biol y se dispusieron en un Diseño de Bloques Completos al Azar (DBCA), con cuatro repeticiones. Para determinar diferencias entre los tratamientos, se utilizó la prueba de rango múltiple de Tukey al 0.05% de probabilidad, también se efectuó un análisis económico a los tratamientos estudiados.
La planta en su comportamiento agronómico presentó al tratamiento T1 con la mayor altura de planta 1.65 m. El mayor número de frutos por planta 9.99 El mayor peso de fruto 283.10 gramos y mayor rendimiento de fruto 37879.67 kilos por hectárea lo presenta el tratamiento T4 (13333 plantas/ha + 200 l de Biol). La mayor longitud 18.70 y diámetro de fruto 5.34 cm lo presenta el tratamiento T2.
La mayor utilidad $ 4.678,04 USD se tiene con el tratamiento T4 en el que se utilizó (13333 plantas/ha + 200 l de Biol).
Description
With the objective of evaluating two siembra densities and two biol dose in the cucumber production (Cucumis sativus L.) in Emeralds, was carried out the present investigation in the "Experimental Field of the Municipal slaughterhouse of San Mateo" located in The Parish San Mateo, of the Emeralds Canton, of Emeralds County. Their Geographical location is at 79° 38' of longitude West and 0° 53' of North latitude. The duration of the experiment from the transplant until the production was of 120 days.
The treatments for this investigation T1 16.666 plants/ha + 100 l of biol, T2 16.666 plants/ha + 200 l of biol, T3 13.333 plants/ha + 100 l of biol, T4 13.333 plants/ha + 200 l of biol and T5 Witness 16.666 plants without biol and they prepared at random in a Design of Complete Blocks (DBCA), with four repetitions. To determine differences among the treatments, the test of multiple ranges was used from Tukey to 0.05% of probability; an economic analysis was also made to the studied treatments.
