Abstract
El trabajo de investigación titulado “Fuentes de contaminación antropogénicas que afectan la calidad del agua del río Vinces, año 2015. Plan de prevención”. Se trazó como objetivos específicos la determinación de las actividades económicas y domésticas que se desarrollan en la ciudad de Vinces y que pueden estar relacionadas con la calidad del agua del río; el establecimiento de la variación de las características del agua en su paso a través de la misma y; la elaboración de propuestas para la prevención de las no conformidades ambientales ocasionadas por la población en general, en la calidad de las aguas del río Vinces. Empleando el método del criterio de experto DELPHI modificado, se calificaron las principales actividades económicas y domésticas que pudieran incidir en la calidad de las aguas del río. También, mediante el uso del Índice de Calidad Ambiental (ICA – WQI), se valoraron los cambios de los nueve parámetros que comprende este índice. Los resultados muestran que la descarga al río o al sistema de alcantarillado de aguas servidas no tratadas, de residuos sólidos urbanos y otros en el agua o en sus márgenes y riberas y el uso desmedido de fertilizantes, herbicidas y plaguicidas en las actividades agropecuarias, fueron las de índole económico – domésticas, las más agresivas para el río. De otra parte, el ICA reportó una reducción del 52% al fluir el recurso hídrico a través de la ciudad. Se elaboró un plan de prevención de impactos ambientales para propiciar el mejoramiento de la calidad del agua del bien ambiental, con base en un sistema de Lecho Bacteriano Aerobio (incluyendo al sedimentador secundario) y la planificación para ejecutar un conjunto de seminarios – talleres con el propósito de incrementar el nivel de Educación Ambiental de la población interactuante con el río.
Description
The carried out investigation work, titled "Sources of anthropogenic contamination affecting the river Vince’s water quality, year 2015. Prevention plan.” It was traced as specific objectives the determination of the economic and domestic activities developed in the city of Vinces and their relations with the water river quality; the establishment on the water characteristic variation throughout flowing and; the elaboration of proposals for the mitigation or prevention of those environmental no conformities caused by the population in general, on the river water quality. Using the method of the expert approach of (DELPHI modified), the main economic and domestic activities were qualified that could impact in the quality of the waters of the river. Also, by means of the use of the Environmental Quality Index of (ICA - WQI), the changes of the nine parameters involved in it, were valued. The results demonstrated that the discharges to the river directly or through the sewer system of wastewaters, solid residuals and others on the water or on their margins, riversides and, the limitless use of fertilizers, herbicides and pesticides and, in the agricultural activities, they were those of economic nature - domestic, the most aggressive for the river. Of another part, the ICA reported a reduction from 52% when the river flows throughout the city, being accepted the investigation hypothesis that the economic and domestic activities are causing non conformities in the Vinces river water quality, inside the limits of the city. An environmental impact mitigation plan was elaborated to propitiate the water quality improvement based on a trickling filter system (including to the secondary sedimentador) and the planning to execute a set of seminars – workshops with the purpose of increasing the level of Environmental Education of the populations related with the river
