Abstract
Nuestro tema de tesis está dirigido directamente en la creación de una empresa dedicada a comercialización de productos agrícolas en la parroquia Luz de América del Cantón Santo Domingo, servirá para ofrecer las facilidades necesarias para la comercialización de productos a los agricultores de la zona, tales como cacao, café y maíz.
En el capítulo uno, se establece el problema de investigación, la justificación, los objetivos y el marco teórico, permitiendo con esto elaborar y reconocer el tipo de estudio que requiere el proyecto.
En el capítulo dos se realiza la Investigación de Mercado, en donde se establece que el mercado objetivo del proyecto son los agricultores de la parroquia Luz de América , además a través de la aplicación de una encuesta se determinó que la aceptación de los servicio es positiva.
Una vez determinada la demanda, se estableció la oferta del servicio, la demanda insatisfecha es amplia e inicialmente el porcentaje de captación de mercado de acuerdo a la encuesta es del 40%. En el capítulo tres, se analiza la viabilidad técnica y operativa del proyecto, en base al cual se puedo determinar que el centro de acopio estará ubicado en la parroquia Luz de América, se describe la capacidad instalada la misma que tendrá un uso del 65% de acuerdo a la meta inicial de mercado.
Además se detalla los procesos operativos de las actividades del centro de acopio, la infraestructura de acuerdo a cada área, y la descripción de los equipos, maquinaria, herramientas, insumos, utensilios y personal necesario para la operatividad de la empresa.
En el capítulo cuatro, se realiza el análisis organizacional, en el cual se establece que la empresa se constituirá como Compañía de Responsabilidad Limitada ya que cumple con los requisitos para esta forma legal; además se establece los permisos necesarios para el correcto funcionamiento, y la estructura organizacional y administrativa del personal.
En el análisis y evaluación financiera del proyecto se determina que la inversión inicial es de $50.841,45 que estará financiado el 39% con el aporte de dos socios y el 61% con un préstamo a 4 años plazo, se determina los costos e ingresos de los servicios, para la elaboración de los estados financieros con una proyección de 4 años.
Como resultado del estudio financiero, el proyecto resulta rentable en todos los criterios de evaluación analizados, cuenta con un VAN positivo de $ 23.952,04, valor que recibirán los socios luego de cubrir su inversión inicial, una TIR del 32%, un PRI de tres años y 162 días y un Costo Beneficio que indica que por cada dólar invertido se obtendrá una ganancia de $0,47 centavos.
En el capítulo cinco, se concluye que el proyecto de creación del centro de acopio de cacao, café y maíz, es viable tanto operativa como financieramente, y se recomienda su inmediata implementación.
Description
Our topic of thesis is directed directly in the creation of a company dedicated to commercialization of agricultural products in the parish light of America of the Canton Santo Domingo, which will serve to offer the facilities necessary for the commercialization of products to the farmers of the zone. Such as cocoa, coffee and maize.
In the chapter one, there is established the problem of investigation, the justification, the aims and the theoretical frame, allowing with this to elaborate and to recognize the type of study that needs the project.
In the chapter two the Investigation of Market is realized, where it is found that the target market of the project farmers of the parish are Light Of America, in addition across the application of a survey one determined that the acceptance of the service is positive. Once determined the demand, the offer of the service was established, the unsatisfied demand is wide and initially the percentage of capture of market of agreement to the survey is 40 %. In the chapter three, there is analyzed the technical and operative viability of the project, on the basis of which I can determine that the center of collection will be located in the parish Light GIVE America, there describes the installed capacity the same one that will have a use of 65 % of agreement to the initial goal of market.
In addition the processes are detailed Operative from the activities of the center of collection, the infrastructure of agreement to every area, and the description of the equipment’s, machinery, tools, inputs, utensils and personnel necessary for the operability of the company.
In the chapter four, there is realized the Analysis Organizational, in which it is found that the company will constitute as Company of Limited Responsibility since it expires with the requirements for this legal form; in addition there are established the permissions necessary for the correct functioning, and the structure organizational and administrative of the personnel.
In the last chapter, one presents the analysis and financial evaluation of the project, where one determines that the initial investment is of 50.841,45 $ that will be financed 39 % by the contribution of two partners and 61 % by a lending to 4 years term, one determines the costs and income of the services, for the production of the pro forma financial statements with a projection of 4 years..
As result of the financial study, the project turns out to be profitable in all the criteria of evaluation analyzed, relies on one THERE GO positive of $ 23.952,04, value that the partners will receive after covering his initial investment, a TIR of 32 %, a PRI of three years and 162 days and a Cost I Benefit that it indicates that for every reversed dollar a profit of 0,47 will obtain $ cents.
