Abstract
Esta investigación se desarrolló en el Cantón Mocache Provincia de Los Ríos.
El Proyecto de Investigación “ESTUDIO DE FACTIBILIDAD PARA LA CREACIÓN DE UN SUPERMERCADO EN EL CANTÓN MOCACHE PROVINCIA DE LOS RIOS, AÑO 2013”. Contiene: Introducción, Problematización, Justificación, Objetivos, Hipótesis, Marco Teórico, Materiales y Métodos, Análisis e Interpretación de los Resultados, Conclusiones Recomendaciones, Bibliografía y Anexos.
Se analiza las principales necesidades de los habitantes del Cantón Mocache donde nace la interrogante de cuales van a ser los beneficios de la ejecución del proyecto y la cual partiremos desde los requerimientos y herramientas, desde los físicos, humanos, tecnológicos las cuales se necesitan para llevar a cabo la propuesta.
En la ejecución de nuestra investigación se toma la población del Cantón Mocache. Ya que se hizo pensando en ellos, y en su satisfaccionesprimaria.
La realización de esta investigación tiene como objeto estudiar la viabilidad de la creación y sostenibilidad de un nuevo supermercado dirigido a la población del Cantón Mocache, ofreciendo un servicio de calidad enfocado a la satisfacción de la comodidad del cliente.

This research was conducted in the Canton Mocache Province de Los Rios.
The research project: "FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A SUPERMARKET IN THE CANTON MOCACHE PROVINCE LOS RIOS, YEAR 2013". Contents: Introduction, problem, rationale, objectives, assumptions, theoretical framework, Materials and Methods, Analysis and Interpretation of Results, Conclusions Recommendations, bibliography and appendices.
It analyzes the main needs of the people of Canton Mocache where the question arises of which will be the benefits of the project and which depart from the requirements and tools, from the physical, human, technological, which are needed to carry out the proposal.
In carrying out our research takes the population of Canton Mocache. Since I was thinking of them, and their primary satisfactions.
The completion of this research aims to study the feasibility of building a supermarket led to the population of Canton Mocache, offering a quality service aimed at satisfying customer convenience
