Abstract
La investigación se realizó en la Unidad Educativa Juan Montalvo el cual se encuentra ubicado en el Cantón Buena Fe, calle José Suarez y Rodrigo Torres, sector Las Vega, con el fin de evaluar auditoria de gestión y su relación con el desarrollo institucional, el objetivo principal ejecutar una Auditoria de Gestión a la Unidad Educativa Fiscal Juan Montalvo y su relación con el desarrollo Institucional, período 2013. La investigación inductiva y deductiva permitió el diagnostico institucional que sirvió para observar los procesos administrativos y al final de la investigación concluir y recomendar. Los resultados en base a los objetivos muestran que la estructura organización de la Unidad Educativa Fiscal Juan Montalvo van acorde con los principios, leyes y reglamentos internos y cumplen con la normas establecidas por el Ministerio de Educación, LOSEP y LOEI. El grado de confianza y riesgos en la Unidad Educativa Fiscal Juan Montalvo permitió establecer las falencias encontradas en los procesos de gestión, se obtuvo un riesgo de auditoria del 0.714%, determinándolo como aceptable. Además un nivel de confianza alto de 94.20 y un riesgo bajo de 5.80.Los indicadores de gestión establecen que la Unidad Educativa Juan Montalvo cuenta con un 18% de docentes hombres; mientras que el 82% son mujeres; se ha cumplido en un 30% los seminarios programados en el año y cuentan con un 90% de estudiantes promovidos al grado superior, y el 10% restante son reprobados, por inasistencia.

he research was conducted at the Education Unit Juan Montalvo which is located in Canton Buena Fe, Calle Jose Suarez and Rodrigo Torres, industry Las Vega, in order to audit and evaluate its relationship with institutional development, the objective main run an audit for Educational Management Unit Attorney Juan Montalvo and its relation to the institutional development period 2013. The inductive and deductive research allowed the institutional diagnosis that served to observe the administrative processes and the end of the investigation conclude and recommend. The results based on the objectives that were identified show that the organization structure of the Education Unit Attorney Juan Montalvo are consistent with the principles, laws and internal regulations and comply with the standards set by the Ministry of Education, LOSEP and LOEI. The degree of trust and risk in the Educational Unit Attorney Juan Montalvo allowed to establish the shortcomings found in the management processes, a risk audit of 0.714% was obtained, determining it as acceptable. Besides a high level of confidence of 94.20 and a low risk of 5.80. Management indicators state that the Education Unit Juan Montalvo has 18% of male teachers; while 82% are women; It has been met by 30% seminars scheduled throughout the year and have 90% of students promoted to the next grade, and the remaining 10% are reprobates, by absence.
