Abstract
La investigación consistió en Diseñar el Orgánico funcional para la Cooperativa de Producción Industrial “Abacá Ecuador”, con la oficina matriz que se ubica en la ciudad de Quito y sus centros de acopio en la Provincia de Santo Domingo de los Tsachilas, cuya finalidad es producir fibra de abacá, destinada al mercado internacional. La zona se caracteriza por un clima tipo subtropical húmedo, con temperatura de 22,5° C, precipitación media anual de 2900 mm y una humedad relativa de 90%. Se planteó como objetivos: Realizar un diagnóstico de la situación actual de la cooperativa, Elaborar la propuesta de Diseño-Orgánico funcional de la cooperativa. Se obtuvo información por medio de entrevistas y encuestas, que luego se procesaron mediante técnicas estadísticas de distribución de frecuencias, la interpretación de la información permitió determinar la situación administrativa de la cooperativa, sobre la base de la cual se formuló la propuesta, para establecer la estructura del organigrama de la cooperativa. Del análisis e interpretación de los resultados se concluye: La cooperativa no cuenta con una estructura organizacional formal, por lo que existe recarga de funciones que llevan a una serie de contrariedades, se observa también duplicidad de funciones generando labores descoordinadas que llevan a procesos inconclusos, se puede decir que, las habilidades y destrezas manejadas por los administrativos de la directiva no han sido suficientes para alcanzar la innovación, que favorezca el crecimiento de la cooperativa en los procesos de producción y comercialización, La falta de un manual de funciones delineado para cada unidad y cargo que integran los miembros de la directiva, la mayor parte del personal no cuenta con un aceptable nivel académico y no se ajustan al perfil del cargo. Se requiere incentivar a los socios de la Cooperativa que está en decrecimiento debido a la falta de asesoría técnica en el área de producción, e insatisfacción de los precios, es necesario además implementar la cultura organizacional que llevará a la administración de la cooperativa a buscar solucionar con creatividad desde sus funciones.

The investigation consisted on Designing the Organic one functional for the Cooperative of Industrial Production "Abaca Ecuador", with the main office that is located in the city of I Remove and its storing centers in the County of Sacred Domingo of the Tsachilas whose purpose is to produce abaca fiber, dedicated to the international market. The area is characterized by a climate humid subtropical type, with temperature of 22,5° C, annual half precipitation of 2900 mm and a relative humidity of 90%. he thought about as objectives: To carry out a diagnosis of the current situation of the cooperative, to Elaborate the proposal of Design-organic functional of the cooperative. Information was obtained by means of interviews and surveys that then were processed by means of statistical techniques of distribution of frequencies, the interpretation of the information allowed to determine the administrative situation of the cooperative, on the base of which the proposal was formulated, to establish the structure of the flowchart of the cooperative. Of the analysis and interpretation of the results you concludes: The cooperative doesn't have a formal organizational structure, for what exists recharge of functions that they take to a series of annoyances, it is also observed duplicity of functions generating works descoordinadas that take to unconcluded processes, one can say that, the abilities and dexterities managed by the office workers of the directive one have not been enough to reach the innovation that favors the growth of the cooperative in the production processes and commercialization, The lack of a manual of functions delineated for each unit and position that the members of the directive one integrate, most of the personnel doesn't have an acceptable academic level and they are not adjusted to the profile of the position. It is required to motivate the partners of the Cooperative that it is in decrecimiento due to the lack of technical consultantship in the production area, and dissatisfaction of the prices, it is necessary also to implement the organizational culture that will take to the administration of the cooperative to look for to solve with creativity from their functions.
