Abstract
La presente investigación trata de la inadecuada gestión financiera que tiene la institución en función a la rentabilidad de la misma, después de la investigación realizada se ha determinado que el problema principal es la baja rentabilidad lo cual no ha permitido el crecimiento de la institución, motivo de no contar con un asesor técnico, falta de capacitación, estados financieros atrasados, administración financiera no adecuada, dificultades que han presentado desde hace un tiempo atrás y una mejor administración para lo cual se ha propuesto realizar un plan financiero que les ayude a normar las dificultades que ha venido teniendo hasta el momento, el mismo ayudara a regular los gasto y los ingresos y así mantenerse en un equilibrio favorable que de esa manera se llevara una mejor organización.
Los objetivos planteados fueron los siguientes:
Establecer estrategias de gestión financiera
Identificar los factores que inciden en la rentabilidad económica
Desarrollar un plan financiero que le permita la mejora en la rentabilidad de la cooperativa ahorro y crédito Quevedo.
La cooperativa debe realizar capacitaciones permanentes a sus operarios para que de esa manera puedan brindar un mejor servicio a sus asociados y volver a adquirir la confianza de los mismos, mediante el plan financiero se tendrá una mejor organización y planificación dentro de la misma ya que es uno de los factores importantes el organizar para crecer.

This research deals with the financial mismanagement of the institution according to the performance of the same, after the research has determined that the main problem is the low profitability which has prevented the growth of the institution, reason not having a technical adviser, lack of training, financial statements late, inadequate financial management, difficulties have presented some time ago and better management for which it is proposed to make a financial plan that helps them regulate the difficulties which has been taking up the moment the same help regulate the expense and revenue and thus maintained in a favorable balance was carried thereby better organization.
The objectives were:
Establish financial management strategies
Identify the factors that affect the profitability
Develop a financial plan that allows you to improve the return on savings and credit cooperative Quevedo.
The cooperative must make permanent training for their workers that way to provide better service to its partners and reacquire them confidence through the financial plan will have a better organization and planning within the same as it is one of the important factors to grow the organization.
