Abstract
La presente tesis tiene como objetivo primordial realizar un Estudio de Factibilidad para la Centro de Desarrollo y Protección Social para Familiares de Emigrantes en la Ciudad de Quevedo, el cual a través del estudio de mercado se logró determinar que existe una gran cantidad de personas que estarían de acuerdo con la creación del mismo, lo que permitió conocer que el proyecto es aceptable en el mercado; y, además saber cuáles serían los costos y gastos necesarios para la creación del centro.
La misión que tiene el Centro para Familiares de Emigrantes es de dar atención de alta calidad a las familias, mientras que su visión es ser una institución de carácter técnico, eficiente y de calidad. Considerando que los factores claves del éxito del proyecto son los de ofrecer en un solo lugar varios servicios de calidad, haciendo énfasis en nuestro valor agregado Centro Social para Familias de Emigrantes.
Mediante esta investigación se detallan varios puntos importantes como es la definición del estudio de factibilidad, el estudio de mercado, técnico y económico financiero, con la finalidad de demostrar que para definir este proyecto se deben de aplicar cada paso del estudio de factibilidad.
Para el estudio financiero del Centro para Familias de Emigrantes, la puesta en marcha del proyecto es necesaria una inversión inicial de $37.787,51 de los cuales el proyecto se financiará con aporte de capital propio de un 45% y crédito bancario del Banco Nacional de Fomento de un 55% respectivamente. Teniendo como Valor Actual Neto (VNA) de $3.318,96 que generará el proyecto, y una Tasa Interna de Retorno (TIR) de 26%.

The present thesis has as primordial objective to carry out a Study of Feasibility for the Center of Development and Social Protection for Family of Emigrants in the City of Quevedo, which was possible to determine through the market study that it exists a great quantity of people that you/they would agree with the creation of the same one, what allowed to know that the project is acceptable in the market; and, also to know which the costs and necessary expenses would be for the creation of the center.
The mission that has the Center for Family of Emigrants is of giving attention of high quality to the families, while its vision is to be an institution of technical, efficient character and of quality. Considering that the key factors of the success of the project are those of offering in a single place several services of quality, making emphasis in our value added Social Center for Families of Emigrants.
By means of this investigation several important points are detailed as it is the definition of the study of feasibility, the market study, technician and economic financial, with the purpose of demonstrating that to define this project they should apply you each step of the study of feasibility.
For the financial study of the Center for Families of Emigrants, the setting in march of the project is necessary an initial investment of $37.787,51 of those which the project was financed respectively with capital contribution characteristic of 45% and bank credit of the National Bank of the Development of 55%. Having as Net Current Value (VNA) of $3.318,96 that it generated the project, and an Internal Rate of Return (TIR) of 26%.
