Abstract
La presente investigación tiene como finalidad la elaboración de una guía turística para El Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del Cantón Vinces, con el fin de guiar, orientar y asistir a los turistas locales y extranjeros sobre los recursos naturales, culturales y sus servicios turísticos que cuenta el cantón capaz de percibir y conocer su dimensión histórica. Se realizó un inventario de los atractivos de acuerdo a la observación de campo se determinó 13 fichas con el modelo actualizado de inventario del MINTUR, en el cual se determinó 10 de categoría Manifestaciones culturales; Torre Eiffel, Templete Héroes del Cenepa, Parque Central, Cristo Redentor, Casa Municipal, Iglesia San Lorenzo de Vinces, Obelisco a Isidro Weinza, Hemiciclo de la Rotonda, Castillo de la cárcel, Velero Mirador Turístico y tres de categoría Atractivos Naturales; Humedal Abras de Mantequilla, Playa de Vinces, e Isla Bonita. Para determinar los servicios turísticos se utilizó el método de observación y se realizó la visita a cada entidad, a fin de recopilar la información existente acerca de los servicios con los que cuenta el Cantón Vinces, cabe destacar que para este proceso se elaboró fichas de resumen en donde se transcribió la información básica de cada establecimiento. Posteriormente se elaboró una guía turística; donde se denominó Vinces París Chiquito como un instrumento informativo para los turistas. El Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado de Vinces debe mejorar sus estrategias de promoción para captar el interés en los turistas locales y extranjeros mediante ferias gastronómicas, realizar competencias de regatas a nivel nacional, difundir sus atractivos naturales y culturales mediante redes sociales y brindar información veraz de sus recursos a través de la Guía Turística.

The aim of this research is to produce a tourist guide for the decentralized autonomous government of the canton of Vinces, in order to guide, assist local and foreign tourists on the natural resources, cultural and tourist services that the canton has capable of perceiving and knowing its historical dimension. An inventory of the attractions was made on the basis of field observation, 13 sheets were determined using the updated MINTUR inventory model, in which 10 of the Cultural Events category were identified; Eiffel Tower, Templete Héroes del Cenepa, Central Park, Cristo Redentor,The Municipal House, “San Lorenzo” Church of Vinces, Obelisco a Isidro Weinza, Hemiciclo de la Rotonda, Jail Castle, Tourist Viewpoint and three of category Natural Attractions; Humedal Abras de Mantequilla, Vinces Beach and Isla Bonita. In order to determine the tourist services, the observation method was used and the visit was made to each entity in order to collect existing information about the services available to the Canton Vinces, It should be noted that summary sheets were prepared for this process, in which the basic information of each establishment was transcribed. Subsequently, a tourist guide was prepared, where Vinces Paris Chiquito was called as an informative tool for tourists. The Autonomous Decentralized Government of Vinces should improve its promotion strategies to capture the interest of local and foreign tourists through gastronomic fairs, conduct national regatta competitions, disseminate its natural and cultural attractions through social networks and provide truthful information about its resources through the Tourist Guide.
