Abstract
Esta investigación se realizó con el objetivo de desarrollar un “Diseño de Malecón Turístico a Orillas del Rio Blanco en la Parroquia Valle Hermoso, Provincia de Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas, año 2019, para contribuir al progreso de la población, brindándoles la posibilidad de tener un espacio turístico y recreativo. Se realizaron visitas de campo con el fin de identificar los recursos de interés turístico que posee el sitio se emplearon el método inductivo, analítico, científico; para el cálculo del tamaño de la muestra se ha considerado la población de la parroquia (8395), donde se obtuvo una muestra de 322 habitantes a ser encuestados. La encuesta permitió conocer la aceptación de la demanda en cuanto a la creación de un malecón turístico; se realizó un diseño de malecón turístico, la descripción de las áreas a implementar, y una tabla referencial de costo de los materiales el cual corresponde a $126366.50. También se tomó en cuenta los recursos de interés turístico que posee la zona, como sus balnearios, hosterías, y sus recursos naturales entre ellos cascadas y sus ríos detallados en la presente investigación.

This research was carried out with the aim of developing a "Design of Tourist Malls in Orillas del Rio Blanco in Valle Hermoso Parish, Province of Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas, year 2019, to contribute to the progress of the population, giving them the possibility of having a tourist and recreational space. Field visits were carried out in order to identify the resources of tourist interest that the site possesses the inductive, analytical, scientific method; This research was carried out with the aim of developing a "Design of Tourist Malls in Orillas del Rio Blanco in Valle Hermoso Parish, Province of Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas, year 2019, to contribute to the progress of the population, giving them the possibility of having a tourist and recreational space. Field visits were carried out in order to identify the resources of tourist interest that the site possesses the inductive, analytical, scientific method; for the cál materials which corresponds to $126366.50. It also took into account the tourist resources that the area has, such as its spas, inns, and its natural resources among them waterfalls and its rivers detailed in the present research.
