Abstract
El objetivo de la presente investigación permitió proponer criterios para el manejo de la fertilización en plantas de Eucalipto en condiciones de vivero en la Empresa NOVOPAN S.A del Ecuador, situada en el Cantón San miguel de Urcuquí, Provincia de Imbabura. En la investigación realizada se utilizaron 6 tratamientos y 3 repeticiones. El tratamiento 1 fue el testigo de la empresa más fertilización foliar, tratamiento 2 fue la solución de la empresa incrementando un 25% más el fertilizante foliar, tratamiento 3 la solución de la empresa restándole un 25 % a la dosis más la fertilización foliar, tratamiento 4 fue el testigo de la empresa menos el fertilizante foliar, tratamiento 5 la solución incrementando un 25% menos el fertilizante foliar, tratamiento 6 fue la solución disminuyendo un 25% menos el fertilizante foliar. Para la investigación se realizó un total de 18 bancales, cada uno con 12 gavetas teniendo un número de plántulas de 1152 por cada tratamiento, la evaluación de los datos se la registró cada 15 días por 4 meses, utilizando regla y calibrador. La muestra fue de 180 plántulas de Eucalyptus globulus L., 10 centrales de cada tratamiento, se aplicó un diseño completamente al azar entre los parámetros a evaluar fueron altura y diámetro, se evaluó el porcentaje de germinación y la sobrevivencia de la investigación. Los resultados obtenidos en crecimiento y desarrollo de las plántulas, fueron favorables y presentaron mayor significancia estadística en el tratamiento 2 y el de menor fue el tratamiento 6. Como conclusión se observó que utilizando una mayor cantidad de solución en fertilizantes se logró obtener mejores resultados en menor tiempo posible.

The objective of the present investigation allowed us to propose criteria for the management of fertilization in Eucalyptus plants under nursery conditions in Empresa NOVOPAN S.A del Ecuador, located in the San Miguel de Urcuquí Canton, Province of Imbabura. In the investigation carried out, 6 treatments and 3 repetitions were used. Treatment 1 was the witness of the company plus foliar fertilization, treatment 2 was the solution of the company increasing 25% more foliar fertilizer, treatment 3 the solution of the company by subtracting a 25% at the dose plus foliar fertilization, treatment 4 was the witness of the company minus foliar fertilizer, treatment 5 the solution increasing 25% less foliar fertilizer, treatment 6 was the solution decreasing 25% less foliar fertilizer. For the investigation, a total of 18 terraces were carried out, each with 12 drawers having a number of 1152 seedlings for each treatment, the evaluation of the data was recorded every 15 days for 4 months, using a ruler and calibrator. The sample was 180 seedlings of Eucalyptus globulus L., 10 central of each treatment, a completely randomized design was applied between the parameters to be evaluated were height and diameter, the percentage of germination and the survival of the investigation. The results obtained in growth and development of the seedlings were favorable and presented greater statistical significance in treatment 2 and the lowest was treatment 6. In conclusion, it was observed that using a greater amount of fertilizer solution, better results were obtained in as little time as possible.
