Abstract
El objetivo de la presente investigación fue determinar el efecto del crecimiento radicular de E. exserta, E. pellita y E. urograndis sembradas en dos tipos de contenedores (C1: con tubetes cuadrados de 83,25 cm3 y C2: con tubetes redondos de 182,5 m3) y tres sustratos (S1: turba, perlita, tierra negra; S2: tierra negra, corteza de pino, cascarilla de arroz; y S3: corteza de pino, turba, perlita). Para ello se estableció la combinación de los diferentes factores en estudio, resultando seis tratamientos (C1S1, C1S2, C1S3, C2S1, C2S2 y C2S3) para cada una de las especies en un Diseño de Bloques Completamente al Azar con dos repeticiones. El registro de mediciones en las variables número de raíces secundarias, longitud de la raíz principal, diámetro del cuello de la raíz y volumen radicular se realizó en los días 26, 52 y 78. Luego de obtener los datos de las mediciones, se procedió a realizar el análisis de la varianza y comparación de medias de Tukey al 5% por medio del software estadístico InfoStat. Como resultado se obtuvo que el contenedor 2 (tubetes redondos de 182,5 m3) poseyó mayor incidencia en el crecimiento radicular de cada una de las variables evaluadas. En cuanto a los sustratos, el sustrato 1 obtuvo mayor volumen de raíces, el sustrato 2 generó mayor longitud en la raíz principal y el sustrato 3 tuvo mejor resultado en el diámetro del cuello de la raíz; en cuanto al número de raíces el sustrato que brindó mejor resultado fue el sustrato control. La mayor valoración en efectividad promedio la obtuvo el sustrato 1 con un valor de 3 sobre los 5 que equivale a la efectividad promedio más alta en este estudio.

The objective of this research was to determine the root growth effect of E. exserta, E. pellita and E. urograndis planted in two types of containers (C1: with square tubets of 83.25 cm3 and C2: with round tubets of 182.5 m3) and three substrates (S11: with square tubets of 83.25 cm3 and C2: with round tubets of 182.5 m3) and three substrates (S11: with square tubets of 83.25 cm3 and C2: with round tubets of 182.5 m3) and three substrates (S11) : peat, perlite, black earth; S2: black earth, pine bark, rice husk; and S3: pine bark, peat, perlite). To do this, the combination of the different factors under study was established, resulting in six treatments (C1S1, C1S2, C1S3, C2S1, C2S2 and C2S3) for each of the species in a Completely Random Block Design with two repetitions. The measurement record in the variables number of secondary roots, main root length, root neck diameter and root volume were performed on days 26, 52 and 78. After obtaining the measurement data, Tukey variation analysis and comparison of Tukey means at 5% was performed using InfoStat statistical software. As a result, container 2 (round tubets of 182.5 m3) had a higher incidence in the root growth of each of the evaluated variables. As for the substrates, the substrate 1 obtained greater volume of roots, the substrate 2 generated greater length at the main root and the substrate 3 had better result in the diameter of the root neck; the control substrate was the most rooted substrate. The highest average effectiveness valuation was obtained by substrate 1 with a value of 3 out of 5 which is equivalent to the highest average effectiveness in this study.
