Abstract
La gestión administrativa y financiera aplicadas de forma correcta en las empresas, buscan optimizar la forma en que se utilizan los recursos escasos para conseguir los objetivos deseados en las organizaciones, motivo por el cual la presente investigación se desarrolló en el Sindicato de Choferes Profesionales del cantón La Maná, institución dedicada a la prestación de servicios a los socios y público en general a través de su Estación de Servicios, la misma que está ubicada en la Av. 19 de mayo y Sargento Villacís en el Cantón La Maná, provincia de Cotopaxi. El objetivo de la investigación es evaluar la gestión administrativa y financiera y su impacto en la rentabilidad del Sindicato de Choferes Profesionales del Cantón la Maná, año 2017. En el diagnóstico realizado al Sindicato de Choferes del cantón La Maná, se observa un bajo cumplimiento en la ejecución de sus programas propuestos así también como la falta de adecuadas políticas y procedimientos administrativos y financieros que incida en una adecuada gestión, haciéndose necesario tomar medidas correctivas favorables que incidan en su rentabilidad. Dentro de la metodología de investigación aplicada en el desarrollo de la presente investigación, tenemos que se utilizaron el tipo de investigación descriptiva y explícita, se utilizó el método analítico, sintético, deductivo e inductivo, finalmente se detalló la población y muestra de la investigación, así como también las técnicas e instrumentos de la investigación que fueron utilizados para la elaboración, recolección y procesamiento y análisis de la información consultada. Entre los resultados obtenidos en el desarrollo de la presente investigación, tenemos que su nivel de confianza, riesgo de control y riesgo inherente fueron moderados y su riesgo aceptable de auditoría fue bajo, destacándose como recomendaciones la importancia de implementar controles que incidan en una adecuada gestión de los procesos administrativos y financieros que se están llevando a cabo en la entidad para poder fortalecer la gestión administrativa y financiera que se ha venido realizando en la empresa.

The administrative and financial management applied correctly in companies, seek to optimize the way in which scarce resources are used to achieve the desired objectives in organizations, which is why this research was developed in the Union of Professional Drivers of the canton La Maná, an institution dedicated to providing services to members and the general public through its Service Station, which is located on Av. 19 de Mayo and Sargento Villacís in the Canton La Maná, Cotopaxi province. The objective of the investigation is to evaluate the administrative and financial management and its impact on the profitability of the Union of Professional Drivers of Cantón la Maná, year 2017. In the diagnosis made to the Union of Drivers of the Maná canton, a low compliance is observed in the execution of its proposed programs as well as the lack of adequate administrative and financial policies and procedures that affect proper management, making it necessary to take favorable corrective measures that affect its profitability. Within the methodology of applied research in the development of this research, we have used the type of descriptive and explicit research, the analytical, synthetic, deductive and inductive method was used, finally the population and sample of the research was detailed, as well as the techniques and instruments of the investigation that were used for the elaboration, collection and processing and analysis of the information consulted. Among the results obtained in the development of the present investigation, we have that their level of confidence, risk of control and inherent risk were moderate and their acceptable risk of audit was low, standing out as recommendations the importance of implementing controls that affect an adequate management of the administrative and financial processes that are being carried out in the entity to be able to strengthen the administrative and financial management that has been carried out in the company.
