Abstract
Después de hacer una investigación en el departamento de secretaria de la UED, surgió la propuesta con la aprobación de las autoridades, de implementar un sistema de información utilizando la aplicación asp.Net, en el lenguaje de programación visual studio.Net para el departamento de secretaria de la UED, con el objetivo de facilitar un buen servicio a la comunidad universitaria.
Para la aplicación de este sistema se utilizo la metodología RUP, que es una metodología de desarrollo de software que consiste básicamente en ajustarse estrictamente a una serie de reglas que se centran en las necesidades del cliente para lograr un producto de buena calidad en poco tiempo, la creación del sistema en el departamento de secretaria, tiene como prioridad llevar los registros de la información de forma ordenada, siguiendo una serie de pasos al realizar distintas tareas que los usuarios tengan que realizar en su momento, los estudiantes podrán tener acceso por vía web y efectuar trámites como peticiones para ver módulos atrasados, matriculas, resección de perfiles, petición para incorporación etc.
El estudiante, recibirá una clave del secretario académico de la UED, para tener acceso a este sistema de información y podrá modificarla una sola vez, por perdida de clave el estudiante tendrá que acercarse a secretaria para adquirir una nueva o le recuerden la clave que tenía en uso.
De esta manera los usuarios como estudiantes tendrán permiso al sistema en las opciones de enviar y reportes de la barra de menú, para verificar el estado de su petición, mientras que el personal administrativo tendrá otros privilegios en el sistema de acuerdo a su rango de funciones, también se llevó acabo la aplicación de los tipos de investigación y métodos que se emplearon, tales como el analítico, sintético que dieron pasó a una correcta operacionalization de los objetivos y resultados, o nuevos conocimientos obtenidos, tengan el máximo grado de exactitud y confiabilidad.

After making an investigation in the department of secretary of the UED, the proposal arose with the approval of the authorities, of implementing a system of information using the application asp. Net, in the language of programming visual study. Net for the department of secretary of the UED, with the objective of facilitating a good service to the university community.
For the application of this system you uses the methodology RUP that is a methodology of software development that consists basically on being adjusted to a series of rules that you/they are centered in the client's necessities to achieve a product of good quality in little time, strictly the creation of the system in secretary's department, he/she has as priority to take the registrations of the information in an orderly way, following a series of steps when carrying out different tasks that the users have to carry out in their moment, the students will be able to have access for via web and to make steps like petitions to see late modules, you register, resection of profiles, petition for incorporation etc.
The student, will receive a key of the academic secretary of the UED, to have access to this system of information and she will be able to modify it a single time, for lost of key the student will have to come closer to secretary to acquire a new one or they remind him the key that had in use.
This way the users like students will have permission to the system in the options of sending and report of the menu bar, to verify the state of their petition, while the administrative personnel will have other privileges in the system according to his range of functions, it was also taken the application of the investigation types and methods that were used, end up such as the analytic, synthetic that you/they gave it passed to a correct operationalization of the objectives and results, or new obtained knowledge, have the maximum grade of accuracy and dependability.
