Abstract
El propósito de este trabajo es implementar un sistema de control administrativo contable el mismo que permitirá mantener actualizado la información de los productos, controlar los ingresos y egresos de mercadería, emitir facturas de manera automática y obtener costos por producto de una manera fácil y rápida.
El sistema de información ha sido desarrollado usando las siguientes herramientas:
• Microsoft Visual Studio.Net 2008.
• Base de Datos SQL Server.
Una vez elaborado e instalado el sistema de control administrativo contable el administrador del sistema y usuario encargado de facturar los productos podrán realizar los siguientes procesos.
Las personas que accedan al sistema deberán primero iniciar sesión ingresando usuario y contraseña. Una vez que se ingrese al sistema los usuarios pueden:
Administrador
• Registrar Cliente, Proveedores, Productos.
• Crear, modificar, imprimir y eliminar cargos, usuarios, unidad de medidas, categorías, parámetros.
• Movimientos Facturación ventas, Ingreso de mercadería, proforma.
• Generar. Reportes, mediante consultas realizadas como son facturas por cobrar, por pagar y facturas vencidas de los clientes.
• Cambiar su contraseña
Usuario
• Realizar. ingresos de productos y despacho de los mismos a los clientes.
• Generar las proformas con la autorización del administrador
• Cambiar su contraseña.
En resumen este sistema de control administrativo contable para la Agropecuaria La Finca permitirá a los usuarios del sistema ingresar, egresar y controlar productos existentes y verificar stock mínimo y máximo de la agropecuaria, tener un mayor control de los productos existente para evitar la falta de productos y poder generar las ventas.
De la misma manera podrá obtener reportes para realizar inventarios y verificar las facturas que se requieran.
Description
The purpose of this work is to implement a system of control administrative accountant the same one that will allow to maintain modernized the information of the products, to control the revenues and merchandise expenditures, to emit invoices in an automatic way and to obtain costs for product in an easy and quick way.
The system of information has been developed using the following tools:
• Visual Microsoft Studio.Net 2008.
• Database SQL Server.
Once elaborated and installed the system of control administrative accountant the administrator of the system and user in charge of billing the products will be able to carry out the following processes.
People that consent first to the system will begin session entering user and countersign. Once it is entered to the system those users can:
Administrator
• To register Client, Suppliers, Products.
• To create, to modify, to print and to eliminate positions, users, unit of measures, categories, parameters.
• Movements Billing sales, merchandise Entrance, proforma.
• To generate. Report, by means of consultations carried out as they are invoices to get paid, to pay and the clients' conquered invoices.
• To change their countersign

• To carry out. revenues of products and office of the same ones to the clients.

In summary this system of control administrative accountant for the Agricultural one The Property will allow the users of the system to enter, egresar and to control existent products and to verify minimum stock and maximum of the agricultural one, to have a bigger control of the existent products to avoid the lack of products and power to generate the sales.
In the same way he/she will be able to obtain reports to carry out inventories and to verify the invoices that are required.
