Abstract
La baja competitividad es un problema latente en el sector agrícola debido a la falta de sistemas que regulen y mejoren la utilización de insumos en el proceso de empaque. Los sistemas inadecuados o la carencia de los mismos conllevan al aumento de los costos y por ende la disminución de la competitividad de la empresa. El objetivo de esta investigación fue Optimizar la producción en el proceso de embalaje de piña de exportación en la hacienda “La Cocha” en el cantón Quininde en la hacienda la Cocha se caracterizó el proceso de empaque de piña de exportación siendo los principales el lavado y desinfectado por inmersión, transporte y encerado, secado en frío, selección, clasificación y descarte culminando con el empaque de la fruta para luego almacenarla Se tomó como referencia el método de Westinghouse para el análisis del tiempo estándar para cada operación considerando las asignaciones por descanso para determinar el tiempo básico de la operación con una tolerancia del 20%.
Con esta propuesta se logra la optimización en el en el proceso de embalaje de piña de exportación en la hacienda “La Cocha”, disminuyendo los procedimientos preparación y embalaje por lo tanto se acepta la hipótesis planteada. Además se reestructuró el proceso mejorando el sistema, con un costo de 37.971,50 dólares, se aplicaron técnicas de balance de línea utilizando diagrama de precedencia para determinar el tiempo del ciclo y número mínimo de estaciones de trabajo, mediante un análisis de los tiempos del proceso se definió el tiempo estándar, aplicando la normativa conocida como escala 0-100 orientada a definir el desempeño del individuo, tomando como referencia la tabla de asignación de tolerancias.
Description
The drop competitiveness is a latent problem in the agricultural sector due to the lack of systems that you/they regulate and improve the use of inputs in the packing process. The inadequate systems or the lack of the same ones bear to the increase of the costs and for ende the decrease of the competitiveness of the company. The objective of this investigation was to optimize the production in the process of packing of export pineapple in the country property "The Cocha" in the Canton Quininde. In the country property the Cocha the process of packing of export pineapple was characterized being the main ones the laundry and disinfected by immersion, transport and blackboard, drying in cold, selection, classification and discard culminating with the packing of the fruit it stops then to store it. He/she took like reference the westinhouse method for the analysis of the standard time for each operation considering the assignments for rest to determine the basic time of the operation with a tolerance of 20%. With this proposal the optimization is achieved in the one in the process of packing of export pineapple in the country property "The Cocha", diminishing the procedures preparation and packing therefore the outlined hypothesis is accepted. The process was also restructured improving the system, with a cost of 37.971,50 dollars, they were applied technical of line balance using precedence diagram to determine the time of the cycle and minimum number of work stations, by means of an analysis of the times of the process was defined the standard time, applying the normative one well-known as scale 0-100 guided to define the individual's acting, taking like reference the chart of assignment of tolerances.
