Abstract
El característico objetivo de esta investigación fue implantar la Intervención de enfermería en el puerperio tardío por parto vaginal aplicado a las usuarias del Dispensario del Seguro Social Campesino “Visquije” del Cantón Santa Ana Provincia de Manabí; segundo semestre año 2013”y el perfil en que interviene en el estado de bienestar del usuario.
La tesis realizada fue analítica, descriptiva, sintética y deductiva, por lo que para elaborar la presente investigación se trabajara en el lugar donde se brinda la atención, este es el Dispensario del Seguro Social Campesino “Visquije” del Cantón Santa Ana Provincia de Manabí, con la intención de recabar toda la información de fuentes fidedignas.
Así mismo la investigación la Intervención de enfermería en el puerperio tardío por parto vaginal; y la obtención de las principales causas que problematizan el mismo.
Mediante la indagación se pudo concluir la necesidad de conocer de la existencia de las Intervenciones de Enfermería en el puerperio tardío por parto vaginal, para la atención de las usuarias y determinar la accesibilidad que tienen los usuarios del Dispensario del Seguro Social Campesino “Visquije” del Cantón Santa Ana Provincia de Manabí a la totalidad de los servicios que brinda en el campo ginecológico u obstétrico.
