Abstract
El presente trabajo investigativo se desarrolló en el Banco Pichincha Sucursal Quevedo Provincia de los Ríos, la misma que se encuentra ubicada en la ciudad de Quevedo calle Bolívar y Quinta # 507 esquina. Tuvo como objetivo principal Reestructurar el Manual de Funciones del Front Operativo del Banco Pichincha Sucursal Quevedo Provincia de los Ríos.
El trabajo de campo se desarrolló en el lugar de los acontecimientos es decir en el Banco Pichincha Sucursal Quevedo, la misma que permitió obtener la información requerida para la investigación a través de la observación, encuesta y entrevista al personal que conforma el Front Operativo y los administradores de la misma.
El Banco Pichincha Sucursal Quevedo, tiene 25 empleados entre cajeros, supervisores operativos, ejecutivos de servicios y Jefe Zonal.
Los resultados muestran que un alto porcentaje (52%) manifiesta que no recibió instrucciones al ingresar a la empresa, se indica además que el 52% de los empleados del área no conoce con detalles las funciones a su cargo, pero todos coinciden que conocen a su jefe inmediato.
El 78% de los encuestados afirman la existencia y conocimiento de un Manual de Funciones dentro del Front Operativo del Banco Pichincha, pero el 57% conoce poco del perfil de su cargo.
El 74% asegura que frecuentemente son asignadas tareas de colaboradores y que además de existe duplicidad de funciones dentro de la institución.
En las entrevistas realizadas al personal administrativo, se confirma la problemática existente cuando informan que a pesar de haber Manual de Funciones en la Institución, hay ciertos cargos que no tienen funciones específicas en el Manual vigente, lo que muchas ocasiones da lugar a duplicidad de funciones o incumplimientos de las mismas, es así que se pudo determinar la importancia de la Reestructuración del Manual de Funciones del Front Operativo Sucursal Quevedo, con lo cual se mejoraría el servicio a los clientes y el desempeño de los colaboradores considerablemente.

Description
This research work was developed in Pichincha Bank Province Branch Rivers Quevedo, the same that is located in the Quevedo: Bolivar street # 507 Fifth corner. It had as main objective restructure the Manual of functions of the Front operating of Pichincha Banks Branch Quevedo Province of Los Ríos.
Field work was developed in the place of the events is at Bank Pichincha branch Quevedo, the same as that allowed to obtain the information required for research through observation, survey and interview staff that conforms the operating Front and the administrators of the same.
The Pichincha Bank Branch Quevedo, has 25 employees including cashiers, supervisors operating, services executives and Zonal Head.
The results show that a high percentage (52%) said they did not receive instructions to enter the enterprise, further indicates that 52% of employees in the area do not know in detail the responsibility charge, but all agree that they know your immediate boss.
78% of respondents say the existence and knowledge of manual functions within the Operating Front Banco Pichincha, but 57% know little office profile of charge.
74% say they often are assigned tasks to employees and that there duplication of functions within the institution. Interviews with staff, confirms the existing problems when they report that despite Manual of Functions at the institution, there are certain positions that are not specified in the Manual, and also could be identified that there are positions that are included in the Manual but do not have all the detailed functions, so we could determine the importance of the restructuring of the Manual the Functions of the Front Operating Branch Quevedo, with which improve service to customers and employees performance considerably.
