Fungicida comercial imazalil para el control de la pudrición de corona en la postcosecha del cultivo de banano (Musa spp)

Abstract
El presente experimento se llevó a cabo en tres plantas procesadoras de alimentos de propiedad de la empresa “GRUPO MENDOZA” ubicada en la zona Camarones, Provincia de Los Ríos, Cantón Buena Fe. La duración del experimento fue de cinco semanas aproximadamente, se estudió la respuesta de un fungicida con tres dosificaciones en el control de la pudrición de la corona del banano con el fin de evaluar en comportamiento y capacidad productiva de la planta del banano.
El mayor porcentaje de cobertura se obtiene en los tratamientos que utilizaron el producto Imazalil con 100% de cobertura.
Al analizar los tratamientos de Imazalil el menor índice de podredumbre de corona se presentó con Imazalil 80 g (1.00 = sin micelio) y el mayor índice de podredumbre lo obtuvo Imazalil 60 g (1.75 = Presencia de micelio).
Al enfrentar el promedio de los tratamientos de Imazalil (1.42 = sin micelio) con el tratamiento testigo se puede observar que el testigo presenta mayor índice de cobertura de corona (3.75 = ½ Presencia de pudrición), existiendo diferencias estadísticas.
La mayor penetración de corona se obtuvo en el tratamiento testigo con 4.00 mm, mientras que los tratamientos con Imazalil con 70 y 80 g reportaron 1 mm presentando diferencias estadísticas. Si comparamos los tratamientos con Imazalil y el testigo siguen siendo superiores los valores del tratamiento testigo.
Dentro del índice de maduración se obtuvieron los siguientes resultados: el tratamiento testigo obtuvo un índice de 4 (más amarillo que verde), el menor valor se reportó con Imazalil 80 g con un índice 2 (verde claro). Se observó que el tratamiento 60 g reportó el índice 5 (amarillo con puntos verdes).

This experiment was carried out in three food processing plants owned by the company "MENDOZA GROUP" located in the Camarones, Province of Los Ríos, Canton Good Faith The experiment lasted approximately five weeks, we studied the response to a fungicide with three dosages to control crown rot of bananas in order to assess the behavior and capacity of the banana plant, it was determined that all characters to effect dosages differ significantly between treatments.
