Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación se efectuó en laHacienda “Santa Cecilia” a la altura del Km.52 vía Santo Domingo – Quinidé , perteneciente a la parroquia La Unión, cantón Quinindé, provincia de Esmeraldas, la Hacienda se encuentra ubicada a una altitud de 136 msnm, geográficamente a 0º05’ de latitud norte y 79º27’ longitud oeste. La investigación duró ocho meses.
Dentro de esta trabajo, se propuso como objetivo general Implementar el proceso contable en la hacienda palmicultora ”Santa Cecilia” del cantón Quinindé en el primer semestre del año 2011, así como también objetivos específicos: Realizar la identificación de las actividades productivas y comerciales que se ejecutan en la hacienda “Santa Cecilia”, desarrollar el proceso contable en el periodo comprendido entre el 1 de Enero al 30 de Junio del 2011 y realizar el análisis a través de razones financieras.
El tipo de investigación fue de campo, bibliográfica y aplicada, los métodos utilizados fueron: deductivo, inductivo y analítico, la población y muestra la conformaron los empleados y el administrador de la hacienda.
Entre los resultados se obtuvo la elaboración del plan de cuentas, estado de situación inicial, asientos contables en el libro diario, motorización, balance de comprobación, ajustes, cierres, balances de resultados y de situación general de la haciendo, para en base a aquello realizar el respectivo análisis financiero por medio de razones de liquides, solvencia y rentabilidad.
Como conclusión se destacó que el plan de cuentas servirá como herramienta principal para personificar las actividades frecuentes de la hacienda, el proceso contable permitió organizar y registrar los movimientos económicos durante el periodo contable, los registros contables facultaron la elaboración de estados financieros para conocer la situación económica y financiera de la hacienda.
Finalmente se terminó recomendando continuar con la aplicación del proceso contable para facilitar el análisis a futuro de la situación general de la hacienda

The present research work himself I make at the hacienda Santa Cecilia at the height of the Km.52 road Santo Domingo – Quinide, belonging to the parish church The Union, canton Quininde, the province of Esmeraldas, the hacienda finds itself once an altitude was located of 136 msnm, geographically to north 0º05 of latitude and 79º27 length west. Investigation lasted for eight months.
Inside this work, palmicultura set for itself as general objective Implementing the accounting process at the hacienda ” Santa Cecilia ” of the canton Quininde in the first semester of the year 2011, as well as specific objectives: Selling off the identification of the productive activities that are executed at the hacienda and commercials Santa Cecilia, developing the accounting process in the period once the 2011 and was understood between January 1 to the June 30 to accomplish the analysis through financial ratios.
The kind of investigation was farm, bibliographic and diligent, the used methods were: Deductive, inductive and analytical, the population and sample was conformed by the employees and the administrator of the hacienda.
The elaboration of the plan of accounts, status of initial situation, accounting entries in the journal, mayorizacion, trial balance, adjustments, closings, balances of results and of general situation were obtained between the results of I give her property, stops on the basis of that accomplishing the respective financial analysis by means of reasons of liquidate, solvency and profitability.
Like conclusion of I emphasize that the plan of accounts will suit someone's purposes like main tool to personify the frequent activities of the hacienda, the accounting process allowed organizing and registering the cost-reducing motions during the accounting period, the accounting records enabled the elaboration of financial statuses to know the economic situation and finance company of the hacienda.
Finally himself I finish recommending to go on with the application of the accounting process to make easy the analysis for future of the world situation in general of the hacienda.
