Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación se ha estructurado en seis capítulos:
el primero, trata sobre el problema de la investigación y describe sus causas y consecuencias que se generan al interior del Centros de Rehabilitación Social del Ecuador, y particularmente el de la ciudad de Quevedo, que ha sido catalogado como uno de los más violento del país, puesto que en él ocurren toda clase de actos delictivos que van desde la extorsión hasta el asesinato.
El segundo capítulo hace una revisión del marco teórico, basándose en el marco histórico, marco doctrinal y marco jurídico de la investigación.
El tercer capítulo describe la metodología utilizada en la investigación, los métodos aplicados para el cumplimiento de los objetivos planteados, el tipo de investigación, las técnicas e instrumentos y los hallazgos encontrados en la investigación.
En el cuarto capítulo se hace la comprobación de la hipótesis a través de los resultados obtenidos en la investigación, los mismos que están reflejados en las versiones de las entrevistas realizadas al Abogado y al guía del Centro de Rehabilitación Social y de los resultados obtenidos y representados en tablas y gráficos producto de las encuestas realizadas a los abogados en el libre ejercicio profesional, familiares de los internos e internas y ciudadanía del cantón Quevedo.
El quinto capítulo describe las conclusiones y recomendaciones necesarias para mi investigación; y el sexto capítulo contempla los lineamientos de la propuesta planteada de agregar un artículo Innumerado al 275 del Código Penal, donde tipifique y sancione a las servidoras y servidores de los Centros de Rehabilitación Social

This research has been structured into six chapters:
the first chapter is about the research problem and describes its causes and consequences that are generated within the Social Rehabilitation Centers of the Ecuador, and particularly in Quevedo, which has been listed as one of the most violent in the country, since it occurs all kinds of crimes ranging from extortion to murder.
The second chapter reviews the theoretical framework, based on the historical doctrinal and legal framework of the research.
The third chapter describes the methodology used in the research, the methods used to carry out the objectives, the type of research, techniques and tools and the results of the research. In the fourth chapter there is the substantiation of the hypothesis through the results obtained of the research, which are reflected in the versions of the interviews to the Social Rehabilitation Center’s Attorney and Guide man, and of the results obtained and represented in graphics and chapters as results the surveys of Lawyers in free practice work, prisoners/inmates and citizenship of Quevedo.
The fifth chapter describes the conclusions and recommendations for this research, and the six chapter covers the guidelines of the proposal made to add an unnumbered Article to the Article 275 of the Penal Code which criminalize and punish to the employees of the Social Rehabilitation Centers.
