Abstract
Esta tesis que trata sobre el estudio de mercado para la creación de una empresa de gestión integral de servicios, en la ciudad de Quevedo; y para esto se tuvo que realizar el respectivo trabajo de campo donde se comprobó que si existe demandas por parte de la población en adquirir servicios en mensajería y gestiones en arreglos técnicos, ya que en nuestra ciudad todavía no existe una organización que se dedique a estas clases de trabajo, y es por esta razón que se pretende instaurar esta empresa pero siempre encaminado bajo las buenas costumbres, moral y ética.
En las encuestas que se realizó se pudo observar y escuchar que la mayoría de las personas tienen muchas necesidades de servicios en mensajería y de ayudas técnicas de índole personal que no las pueden realizar ya sea por falta de tiempo, desconocimiento del tema, o no tener los instrumentos o mano de obra apropiada. Y como podemos ver existe un alto porcentaje en que van a llamar a nuestra empresa para pedir servicios de mensajería que es el 100% y arreglos técnicos con el 88%. Por tal motivo esto es favorable para nuestros intereses a que se constituya la empresa de gestión integral de servicios.
En el estudio técnico quedó establecido de cómo va a ser la oficina y su estructura organizacional y referente a lo económico se comprobó en el flujo de caja que existe una rentabilidad para el primer año de $ 58.927.42, y en lo financiero vemos un valor actual neto positivo de $ 225.950.25 lo que significa el retorno líquido generado por el proyecto y la tasa interna de retorno es de 650%, la cual resultó muy superior a la tasa de interés del mercado, por lo tanto el proyecto es factible y viable desde el punto de vista económico; la relación beneficio costo es de $3.67, esto demuestra que por cada dólar que se invierta retorna tres dólares con sesenta y siete centavos de utilidad, por lo tanto el proyecto financieramente es posible.

This thesis that tries on the market study related to the necessities of messaging services and of technical attendances that have the population and that he/she was carried out it in the city of Quevedo and their parishes, it was with the purpose of knowing if feasibility exists to create a company of integral administration of several services; because in our city an organization that is devoted to these work classes, doesn't still exist and it is for this reason that is sought to establish this company but always guided under the good customs, morals and ethics.
In the surveys that he/she was carried out he/she could observe and to listen that most of people have many necessities of services in messaging and of technical helps of personal nature that cannot either carry out them for lack of time, ignorance of the topic, or not to have the instruments or appropriate manpower. And like we can see a high percentage it exists in that will call to our company to request services of messaging that is 100% and technical arrangements with 88%. For such a reason this is favorable for our interests to that the company of integral administration of services is constituted.
In the technical study it was established of how it will be the office and their organizational structure and with respect to the economic thing he/she was proven in the box flow that a profitability exists for the first year of $58.927.42, and in the financial thing we see a positive net current value of $225.950.25 what means the liquid return generated by the project and the internal rate of return is of 650%, which was very superior to the interest rate of the market, therefore the project is feasible and viable from the economic point of view; the relationship benefits cost it is of $3.67, this demonstrates that for each dollar that is invested it returns three dollars with sixty seven cents of utility, therefore the project financially is possibl
