Abstract
El proyecto de investigación “ESTUDIO DE LOS COSTOS DE PRODUCCIÓN Y RENTABILIDAD DEL VALOR AGREGADO A BASE DE YUCA (Manihot esculenta) Y SU APORTE EN LA ECONOMÌA FAMILIAR DE LA ASOCIACIÓN DE DISCAPACITADOS DEL CANTÒN MOCACHE, PROVINCIA DE LOS RIOS AÑO 2013”, nace producto de la falta de fuentes de empleo y dar una mejor calidad de vida a los discapacitados de Mocache.
Mediante la encuesta realizada a 32 personas consumidoras de pan de yuca, se pudo evidenciar que no existe una microempresa que expenda este producto y que la demanda existe permanente, teniendo que en ocasiones salir fuera del Cantón para adquirir dicho producto y de diferentes marcas.
La creación de la Microempresa tiene una excelente acogida por parte de todos los habitantes del cantón, cabe mencionar que el financiamiento va a ser por parte de Instituciones Públicas como: GAD de Mocache, GAD Los Ríos y el MIES, teniendo una inversión inicial de 4.276,00 para el funcionamiento de la misma; obteniendo una venta diaria de 2.500 panes de yuca y un ingreso por venta anual de USD$60.000,00.
El diseño de comercialización para la venta de los panes de yuca, será dirigida a los estudiantes de 10 instituciones educativas, entregando 25 fundas diarias a cada establecimiento educativo.
Por todo lo expuesto anteriormente la creación de la microempresa mejorará la calidad de vida de los discapacitados de la Asociación del Cantón Mocache.

The research project "study of the costs of production and profitability of the value added to BASE of CASSAVA (Manihot esculenta) and its contribution in the family economy of the ASOCIACIÓN DE DISCAPACITADOS DE CANTÒN MOCACHE, province rivers year 2013 ', is product of the lack of sources of employment and give a better quality of life to the disabled of Mocache.<br>Through the survey of 32 personn consumer of cassava bread, demonstrate that a micro-enterprise that expend this product and that demand there is permanent, there is having to occasionally escape outside the Canton to acquire the product and different mark.
The creation of micro-enterprises has a well received by all the inhabitants of the canton, it is noteworthy that the financing will be by public institutions such as: GAD of Mocache, GAD Los Ríos and MIES, considering an initial investment of 4.276,00 for the operation of the same; getting a daily sale of 2,500 cassava bread and income on annual sales of USD$ 60,000, 00.
The design of marketing for the sale of cassava bread, will be aimed at students in 10 schools, delivering 25 daily covers every educational establishment.
For these reasons above the creation of micro-enterprises will improve the quality of life of the disabled of the Association of the Canton Mocache.
