Comportamiento agronómico y valoración nutricional de la asociación de kudzu tropical (Pueraria phaseloides) con pasto saboya (Panicum maximun) y pasto brachiaria decumbens (Brachiaria decumbens).

Abstract
En la finca “La María” de la Universidad Técnica Estatal del cantón Quevedo, provincia de Los Ríos se determinó el “Comportamiento agronómico y valor nutricional de la asociación de Kudzú tropical (Pueraria phaseloides) con pasto Saboya (Panicum maximun) y pasto Brachiaria (Brachiaria decumbens)” en diferentes estados de madurez, donde se tomaron como objetivos analizar el comportamiento agronómico de dos variedades de leguminosas y realizar los análisis bromatológicos para determinar el valor nutricional, utilizando un diseño de bloques completos al azar (DCA).
En el efecto simple de las asociaciones gramínea-leguminosa, la asociación de Kudzú con pasto Saboya obtuvo los mejores índices en las variables: peso de raíz (552,90 g), peso de forraje (686,08 g), peso de hojas (98,90 g), peso de tallo (269,97 g) y relación parte aérea:parte radicular (2,12).
En la interacción de las variedades de leguminosas por la edades, en el efecto simple de las edades los resultados más altos en las variables peso de hojas, peso de tallo y relación parte aérea:parte radicular correspondieron a la edad de 80 días. El mejor índice para la variable peso de forraje y relación hoja:tallo se mostró en la edad de 110 días y el mejor peso de raíz se reportó a los 140 días de edad.
Los mejores índices en el peso de raíz (879,15 g), peso de forraje (1113,55 g) peso de hojas (217,55 g), peso de tallos (479,25 g) y relación parte aérea/parte radicular (4.28) se registran a los 80 y 110 días en la asociación de KUdzú con el pasto Saboya, y la mejor relación hoja:tallo (1,1) a los 110 días en la asociación de Kudzú con el pasto Brachiaria.
Los mayores niveles de proteína también se obtuvieron con la asociación del Kudzú con la B. decumbens a los 80 y 140 días con el 10,37 y 10,95%. Y los niveles de fibra más bajos se reportan en misma asociación a los 110 y 140 días con el 32,70 y 23,70%.
Para la composición microbiológica, las poblaciones más altas de bacterias (7,4 x 10 5), hongos (1,9 x 10 4), celulolíticos(6,5 x 10 5), y solubilizadores de P (7,4 x 103) se presentaron a los 80 y 140 días con la asociación de Kudzú con el pasto Brachiria. El mayor de porcentaje de colonización (47,83%) y densidad de endófitos (1,93) se presentó también en la misma asociación a los 140 días.
Por los resultados obtenidos se confirmaron las hipótesis planteadas: “La asociación gramínea-leguminosas Kudzú (Pueararia phaseloides) más pasto Saboya (Panicum maximun) mostrará la mayor producción de biomasa en los diferentes estados de madurez” y “El valor nutritivo de la asociación gramínea-leguminosas Kudzú con pasto Saboya para las dos edades de corte será superior”.

In the property "María" of the Technical State University of the canton Quevedo, county of Ríos was determined the agronomic "Behavior and nutritional value of the association of tropical (Pueraria phaseloides) Kudzú with grass Saboya (Panicum maximun) and grass Brachiaria (Brachiaria decumbens)" in different states of maturity, where they took as objectives to analyze the agronomic behavior of two varieties of leguminous and to carry out the analyses bromatológicos to determine the nutritional value, using a design of complete blocks at random (DCA).
In the simple effect of the gramineous-leguminous associations, the association of Kudzú with grass Saboya obtained the best indexes in the variables: root (552,90 g) weight, forage (686,08 g) weight, weight of leaves (98,90 g), shaft (269,97 g) weight and relationship leaves aérea:parte radicular (2,12).
In the interaction of the varieties of leguminous for the ages, in the simple effect of the ages the highest results in the variables weight of leaves, shaft weight and relationship leaves aérea:parte radicular they corresponded to the age of 80 days. The best index for the variable forage weight and relationship hoja:tallo was shown in the age of 110 days and the best root weight was reported to the 140 days of age.

The protein greater levels were also obtained with the association of Kudzú with B. decumbens to the 80 and 140 days with the 10,37 and 10,95%. And the lowest fiber levels are reported in same association to the 110 and 140 days with the 32,70 and 23,70%.
For the composition microbiológica, the tall populations in bacterias (7,4 x 10 5), mushrooms (1,9 x 10 4), celulolíticos (6,5 x 10 5), and solubilizadores of P (7,4 x 103) showed up to the 80 and 140 days with the association of Kudzú with the grass Brachiria. The bigger than colonization (47,83%) percentage and endófitos (1,93) density also showed up in the same association to the 140 days.
For the obtained results the outlined hypotheses were confirmed: "The gramineous-leguminous association Kudzú (Pueararia phaseloides) more grass Saboya (Panicum maximun) will show the biggest production of biomass in the different states of maturity" and "The nutritious value of the gramineous-leguminous association Kudzú with grass Saboya for the two court ages it will be superior."
