Abstract
La presente Tesis de Investigación Jurídica intitulada “LA SUCESIÓN HEREDITARIA EN LA ADOPCIÓN, COMO FUENTE DE DERECHOS Y OBLIGACIONES CORRESPONDIENTES A PADRES E HIJOS”, realiza un estudio de las relaciones que se establecen entre el orden jurídico y los requerimientos sociales en la figura jurídica de la adopción, lo que determinó la necesidad de realizar la investigación y plantear una propuesta de reforma al Art. 325 del Código Civil.
La tesis se estructuró en seis capítulos. Primeramente se aborda el problema, donde se realiza un enfoque general de la figura de la adopción en el Ecuador y se analiza las diversas situaciones que se generan por la aplicación de esta norma jurídica. ...
