Abstract
La presente tesis se centra en el diseño de un manual de funciones para el centro de acopio AGRIVALPUL S.A. ubicada en el Cantón Ventanas perteneciente a la Provincia de Los Ríos haciendo énfasis en la importancia que tiene el contar con este manual no solo dentro de esta empresa sino en cualquier otra lo cual beneficia en gran medida a mejorar la eficiencia dentro del centro de acopio.
También se hace énfasis en profundizar sobre las definiciones fundamentales encerradas en un manual de funciones, para que de esta forma sea entendida de mejor manera cada aspecto involucrado.
Se busca también evaluar las funciones de cada cargo dentro de la empresa para así conocer si estas funciones corresponden o no al cargo que se ejerce.
Description
This thesis focuses on the design of a manual functions for the gathering AGRIVALPUL S.A. located in the Ventanas Canton belonging to the province of Los Rios emphasizing the importance of having this manual not only within the company but in any other which benefits greatly improve efficiency within the distribution center.
emphasis on deepening on fundamental definitions enclosed in a manual functions so that in this way is better understood every aspect involved is also made.
It also seeks to evaluate the functions of each position within the company in order to know whether or not these functions are exercised in charge.
