Abstract
El presente proyecto de investigación tiene por objetivo mostrar la viabilidad de la implementación de un Centro de Capacitación en el área rural del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado cantón La Maná para el año 2015, para que sea impulsado en el mercado local. Para el desarrollo del presente proyecto fue necesario considerar las variables de aceptación de capacitación; es decir, si las personas que habitan en el sector rural están dispuestas a acudir a un centro de capacitación, desde este punto de vista se midió la factibilidad del proyecto. La metodología de investigación empleada para el desarrollo del proyecto es la investigación descriptiva porque permitió detallar las características que debe tener el análisis de factibilidad para la creación del centro de capacitación. También se aplicó un diseño de investigación no experimental donde los datos fueron recogidos mediante la aplicación de encuestas dirigidas a los pobladores del área rural del cantón La Maná. Se realiza también un estudio de mercado con el cual se obtiene como resultado una oferta de asistencia al centro de capacitación de 7.311 cursos y una demanda 23.112 personas. En cuanto al análisis o estudio técnico se llegó a enlistar e identificar todos los bienes y materiales que se requerirá para la implementación del centro de capacitación además se diseña la forma estructural de cómo estará distribuida la institución. Con el estudio económico financiero se obtiene que la inversión inicial para poner en marcha el proyecto tiene un valor de $ 28.500,00 dólares, el proyecto tendría una tasa de retorno de la inversión del 126% la cual es muy favorable, el periodo en que se recuperaría la inversión total llevaría 11 meses y 9 días lo que resulta beneficioso para el proyecto, en conclusión se puede decir que la idea de la creación de un centro de capacitación pare el área rural del GAD municipal del cantón La Maná resultaría factible.

He present project of research has by objective show the feasibility of the implementation of a center of training in the area rural of the Government autonomous decentralized canton the Mana for the year 2015, so is driven in the market local. The development of this project it was necessary to consider the acceptance of training variables; i.e., if the people who live in the rural sector are willing to go to a training center, from this point of view was measured the feasibility of the project.
