Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación “Estructura organizacional de medianas empresas del cantón Valencia”, tuvo como objetivo específico realizar un diagnóstico de la situación actual y elaborar una propuesta de estructura organizacional que contribuya a mejorar la gestión administrativa que desarrollan. Por lo tanto en el marco teórico se detallan los temas y subtemas de la investigación como: administración, planeación, organización, estructura organizacional, organigramas, empresas, medianas empresas, empresas agropecuarias etc. Habiéndose aplicado en la metodología de la investigación, método deductivo, inductivo, investigación descriptiva todo esto con el apoyo de las fuentes primarias y secundarias que nos permitieron la obtención de los resultados. Sin embargo en el capítulo cuatro se efectúa el análisis e interpretación de los resultados donde las medianas empresas no tienen visión y misión establecida, no elaboran manual de funciones y tampoco cuenta con funciones administrativas lo que demuestra que tienen déficits conocimientos en el área administrativa.
Se formalizaron las conclusiones y recomendaciones, que se adquirieron luego de haber realizado el análisis de la investigación. En el capítulo sexto se detalla la fuente bibliográfica que sustenta las teorías, conceptos, definiciones y artículos investigados en la presente tesis. Y por último en los anexos se encuentras el formulario de encuestas, así como fotos del trabajo de campo y los nombres de las empresas donde se procedió a realizar las encuestas.
Description
The present research work "Organizational structure of medium-sized enterprises of the Valencia canton", had as specific objective to make a diagnosis of the current situation and to elaborate a proposal of organizational structure that contributes to improve the administrative management that they develop. Therefore, the theoretical framework details the topics and sub-themes of the research such as: administration, planning, organization, organizational structure, organizational charts, companies, medium-sized enterprises, agricultural enterprises, etc. Having applied in the methodology of research, deductive, inductive method, descriptive research all this with the support of primary and secondary sources that allowed us to obtain the results. However, in chapter four, the analysis and interpretation of the results are carried out where the medium sized companies do not have vision and established mission, they do not elaborate manual of functions and it does not count on administrative functions which shows that they have deficits knowledge in the administrative area.
The conclusions and recommendations were formalized, which were acquired after having carried out the analysis of the research. Chapter six details the bibliographic source that supports the theories, concepts, definitions and articles investigated in the present thesis. And finally in the annexes are the form of surveys, as well as photos of the field work and the names of the companies where the surveys were carried out.
