Abstract
El presente trabajo investigativo tuvo como objetivo primordial evaluar la incidencia de la Auditoría Administrativa en el desempeño institucional de la Unidad Educativa América Marista, del cantón Quevedo, año 2013. La misma que está ubicada en las calles Carrera Segunda y las Américas, esta investigación se la desarrolló mediante métodos de investigación tales como: Analítico – Sintético, deductivo, inductivo, documental y bibliográfico; tipos de investigación como son: Investigación documental, experimental, descriptiva y bibliográfica y dentro de las técnicas e instrumentos está la entrevista, encuesta, observación; población y muestra. Además se determinó y verificó el cumplimiento del plan estratégico para el desempeño de la institución; el nivel de confianza que presenta el Control Interno en el uso de los recursos y el grado de cumplimiento de las leyes y reglamentos para el beneficio de la Unidad Educativa América Marista. Aportando las debidas conclusiones tales como; la Unidad Educativa América Marista el plan estratégico se está cumpliendo en un 58,14%, debido a que no se han alcanzado todos los objetivos, de los siete existentes cuatro están cumplidos, afectando el desarrollo institucional, el control interno que posee la institución para proteger sus recursos materiales está siendo favorable con un nivel de confianza del 51%, y la Unidad Educativa no se está apegando a las leyes y reglamentos internos de la institución porque realiza el inventario al inicio y final de cada periodo lectivo y no como lo estipula el reglamento interno. Para este trabajo se consideró las normas de Auditoría que exige la profesión y demás reglamentos que abarca la institución, además esta Auditoría es una herramienta esencial para tomar decisiones correctas, apoyando al crecimiento y progreso del establecimiento, mediante los hallazgos encontrados se emitieron recomendaciones que apoyaran el trabajo realizado para verificar el cumplimiento y evaluación del desempeño institucional.
Description
This research work was mainly aimed at assessing the incidence of Management Audit on institutional performance of the Education Unit Marist America, Quevedo Canton, 2013. It is located in the Second Career streets and the Americas, this research developed by the research methods such as Analytic - Synthetic, deductive, inductive, documents and books; types of research such as: documentary, experimental, descriptive and bibliographic research into techniques and instruments is the interview, survey, observation; population and sample. It was also determined and verified compliance with the strategic plan for the performance of the institution; the confidence level presented by the Internal Control in the use of resources and the degree of compliance with laws and regulations for the benefit of America Marist Education Unit. Providing the necessary conclusions such as; Marist Education Unit America strategic plan is being fulfilled in 58.14%, because they have not reached all the goals of the seven existing four are met, affecting institutional development, internal control held by the institution to protect their material resources has been favorable with a confidence level of 51%, and the Education Unit is not adhering to the laws and regulations of the institution that makes the inventory at the beginning and end of each semester and not as stipulated the rules of procedure. For this work auditing standards required by the profession and other regulations covering the institution further considered this audit is an essential tool to make the right decisions, supporting the growth and progress of the property using the findings to support recommendations they were issued the work done to verify compliance and evaluation of institutional performance.
