Abstract
La realización de esta auditoría de gestión en la Unidad Educativa "24 de Mayo" comprende el estudio de los servicios académicos teniendo como propósito fundamental llegar a conocer su importancia en el ámbito funcional y en sus aspectos operativos, abarcando la situación interna de la misma para adoptar medidas que ayuden a mejorar sus procesos con eficiencia y eficacia. Por tal razón se constató los siguientes objetivos: evaluar la estructura organizacional que utiliza la Unidad Educativa, conocer el nivel de cumplimiento de objetivos, políticas y programas y por último comprobar el grado de desempeño de leyes y reglamentos vigentes de la LOEI (Ley Orgánica de Educación Intercultural), resaltando para llegar a cumplir con las expectativas de este trabajo investigativo se utilizaron métodos: inductivo, descriptivo y documental. Tipos de investigación: exploratoria y de campo. Técnicas: observación, entrevista, encuesta y cuestionario. Fuentes de investigación: primarias y secundarias que valieron para encontrar resultados como una inadecuada división de departamentos, la usencia de una visión y misión, una incorrecta distribución de funciones y la carencia de políticas, concluyendo que la estructura organizacional utilizada por la Unidad Educativa no se acomoda a sus prioridades y necesidades, y en cuanto al nivel de cumplimiento de objetivos, políticas y programas conlleva a que no se alcance los resultados esperados y por otra parte los directivos y docentes si se rigen a la LOEI (Ley Orgánica de Educación Intercultural). Por este motivo es importante establecer recomendaciones que se acoja con las necesidades de la Institución para buscar el perfeccionamiento y orientar a los que elaboran dentro de la misma a mejorar el perfil organizacional para que puedan tomar decisiones acertadas y oportunas y así seguir operando en el tiempo con la mayor seguridad posible sin que existan insubordinaciones.

The realization of this audit in the Education Unit "May 24" includes the study of academic services having as main purpose to get to know their importance in the functional scope and its operational aspects, covering the internal situation the same for take measures to help improve their processes efficiently and effectively. For this reason it was found the following objectives: to evaluate the organizational structure using the Education Unit, determine the level of achievement of objectives, policies and programs and finally check the level of performance of laws and regulations LOEI (Organic Act inductive, descriptive and documentary Intercultural Education), highlighting to get to meet the expectations of this research work methods were used. Types: exploratory and field. Techniques: observation, interview, and questionnaire survey. Research sources: primary and secondary that earned to find results as inadequate division of departments, usencia a vision and mission, incorrect distribution of functions and lack of policies, concluding that the organizational structure used by the Education Unit not accommodate their priorities and needs, and the level of achievement of objectives, policies and programs leading to the expected results may not be achieved and moreover principals and teachers if they govern the LOEI (Organic Law of Intercultural Education) . It is therefore important to establish recommendations invokes the needs of the institution to seek improvement and guide those made within it to improve organizational profile so that they can make sound and timely decisions and thus continue to operate in time with maximum security without any insubordination.
